“After getting upset with a competitor down the street from Viper Motorsports, I called Viper Motorsports to see when I can get an appointment to have my catalytic converters replaced. Not only were they so friendly they had an opening and weren't very busy and said if I would bring it right now they'd look at it. I had no clue that they would have time to do the job right then and there, which they did. And they save me almost $400 compared to what their competitor was going to charge. I'm ecstatic. I love that they include rotations and one free repair when you buy tires from them. I've never been in for too long. I went in on a Monday morning and replaced all four tires and was out about an hour later. Every time I have been in they are quick and effect and don't over charge!”

“The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.”
