Trickle Creek was an absolutely amazing experience through and through for my wife and I. Darrell, one of the owners, was an absolute superstar from the very first meeting to the very end. He allowed us to craft and create the perfect wedding day and was fully supportive and offered help in every way imaginable. I can honestly call him a great friend at the end of all of this, wonderful person, wonderful venue, and it allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Thank you Jesus for Trickle Creek

Me and my now husband got married here it’s beautiful but for $7000 is not worth the money. They don’t set up the chairs in the venue just for the ceremony outside. The two owners give you two different answers all the time. They are there to give you the tour but they leave the venue open when you do rehearsals and no ones there for questions to be answered. For $7000 they should at least have employees serve the food, put up the tables and chairs, and include the bartender. And all their vendors that they preferred are either way over priced, closed permanently, or hours away which is more money out of my pocket. Since I had mostly vendors that she didn’t prefer she needed paper work and certifications from all of them. And security doesn’t take card, Venmo or Zelle which is outdated and ridiculous they take cash only and on the day of the wedding which is another thing to put on a brides anxiety plate on her day. Very unprofessional and they never answer your emails.

Trickle Creek was the most perfect venue for the most perfect couple last night! Everything was amazing and the place is so beautiful! They had everything we needed to make my best friends day so incredible. My daughter especially loved the massaging chair!! Thank you Trickle Creek for a wonderful night full of so many memories.

Gorgeous venue! This venue has so many amenities including a massage chair in the bridal suite. We had a baby shower here and it worked great for that. Great customer service!

We got married there 4 days ago. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The tree to get married is amazing. Nothing bad to say about how pretty it is but we did have some issues. The staff was really adamant about you using their list of vendors. Yes, I understand that but a lot of their vendors were over an hour away, and we were going to have to pay ton in delivery fees, alone. The point of contact was a different person that we did our tour with which is fine but the man we did our tour was great we had no issues with him. He was actually the owner so we believed everything he was saying once we were talking to the point of contact she was telling us things completely opposite. For example he told us we would have a meeting 30 days out to get a floor plan so they would have the tables sit up for us. This totally makes since and goes along with other venues we looked at once we talked to Ronda the other owner she told us to just use a website to make a floor plan which is really had when you don’t have a blueprint of the venue. She also informed us that they don’t sit up tables or chairs in side the venue it’s on us. We don’t comply we said okay and handled it. The day of the wedding came and when we got there nothing was on and the place was vacant we called to make sure we can go ahead and start setting up we received a bit backlash about why were we calling her and the venue staff only shows up 2 hours better event to set up the out door chairs and lower the chandelier in the tree which we wanted done. A group of people showed up soon to set up the chairs out by the tree for the ceremony. I asked about the chandelier being lower they said that would be Shawn when she arrives. So we went ahead with all the other stuff we needed to do. Let’s just say we didn’t have the chandelier lowered for our ceremony we never even knew that lady ever showed up, we go ahead and have our wedding and we start letting guest in for the reception at 7 o’clock and about 7:10 the bathrooms start flooding and our guest now have sewage water all over the floor in the bathrooms luckily there was one toilet in the grooms Quarter that all 130 of my guest had to use. That’s about the first time we saw Shawn is when she came out of her office to talk with my coordinator when they called to let them know the bathrooms were flooded. We waited a couple of days to see if the owner Ronda would reach out to at least apologize for this experience after we spent 7000 on this venue but nope. And I get it things happen but obviously but not an im sorry nothing
