I brought a brand new very expensive tire to get a small hole in the top of the tire fixed. He (Doug) first said we’ll see if we can fix it first. Of course he tells me there a bubble in the tire I look my self and the so called bubble was nothing then refused to fix it and told me to go elsewhere so I did just that went to a very well known tire shop in town and fixed and checked the tire out for me. I guess fixing tires is beneath them or not worth there time.

Ask for a boot for tractor tire...Insisted I buy a new tire...Lost several hours waiting for a boot...Tubless tire & they put a tube in it an charged me $186. Never again will I do business there....

Tried calling to see if my dad could meet me up there to drop my tires off to be put on, and the guy that answered said they couldn’t help me because they’re short staffed. Didn’t even give me the option to wait longer than normal wait times.. just couldn’t help me. Wanted to go here because somebody recommended them, but that’s bad customer service and came off like they didn’t want to help because I didn’t buy my tires from them.

Turpin is THE tire shop for Weatherford! You can walk in and know that you will get an honest option and price. The guys are always so helpful and polite! I love that they include rotations and one free repair when you buy tires from them. I've never been in for too long. I went in on a Monday morning and replaced all four tires and was out about an hour later. Every time I have been in they are quick and effect and don't over charge!
