Forty years at the same address, and without a doubt our current carrier is the best we have ever had. I only know his first name, which is Allen. He is a sub, but we have had the honor of him delivering our mail on time, and always with a smile for quite some time now. He will be missed for sure.

The employees are rude and very disrespectful, I was nothing but respectful and kind and was being completely understanding, while I was telling them that I understood they kept going on about how they have better things to do than look for a package that (they) lost and sent back to the sender. I’ve been nothing but respectful and kinds and I got treated very poorly everyone of my friends and family have had nothing but bad experiences with the usps in weatherford

One star because there is nothing lower. You can’t get a person on the phone your mail doesn’t show up . Social Security can’t even get mail to me and that’s important.

Brenda at the front desk was being extremely rude to a new employee. While I was standing there waiting for the new employee (who was lovely) to check on a package for me. Brenda looked at another coworker to her left and said “she’ll never learn” and kept on and on, clearly the other worker wasn’t wanting to engage. But she kept asking her “don’t you agree?” It was rude especially doing this in-front of a guest. Tacky.
