The postal workers servicing my neighborhood regularly misplace both mine and my neighbor's mail and packages (our neighborhood has mail slots and parcel lockers at the entrance instead of a mailbox at each house)The parcel lockers will regularly have 2-3 different addresses' packages despite the fact that there's only one key per locker, requiring one to hope that their neighbors are kindhearted enough to do the post office's job for them and give you your package because it was clearly not put into your possession beforehand. We just recently had this happen to us. My wife ordered something and the worker did not put the key to the parcel locker in our slot and when she finally got them to go look the next day, the package was supposedly gone from the locker altogether so now she has to wait for the people she bought the package from to send her another. This just two days after I had to walk a package that was put in our slot over to a neighbor's house because the USPS isn't sorting their mail properly.I'm normally willing to let the little stuff slide because people aren't perfect but this has been a regular problem over the last almost 3 years I've spent living here. It didn't use to be this bad. Make it make sense please.

Weatherford is a pitiful post office…I am not getting my customers checks. I have talked to my neighbors and they are not getting their checks either. Post master is very rude when questioned about the situation.

I want to thank Ms. Ofelia for helping me this morning. As soon as she saw me, she greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I appreciate her genuine kindness. Ms. Ofelia, thank you for making my experience so positive and fo making my day. You are amazing!

Pathetic. I got mail for three different neighbors this week alone and often never see mail I know was sent to me. Contract delivery people and bad attitudes.

It's pretty bad when you hand carry something to the post office thinking it will be safer if only postal workers touch it not so. Mailed in Longview, TX, to Weatherford, TX, took three weeks to get here,it had been opened and items removed and taped shut. I'm so disgusted with the usps.

All staff members are very rude. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be nice. Tried to ask a simple question and got yelled at. Don’t recommend at all

Why is it difficult to deliver a package to the address it's posted to? If there is no forward, LEAVE THE PACKAGE! I have never had so many issues with getting a package delivered. The most frustrating part may be that the day before they delivered an item correctly but apparently two days in a row is too much? If this was a one time issue this review would not be here. And yet, here we are...

We count on daily pick ups and everyone there knows this. But they do not show up for our daily pick ups. We get dinged if our packages are not shipped on time. Not a good partner to have if they say they will pick up and they do not. Hurts your business.

There are good people here at Weatherford post office. However, if I didn't have to get mail through usps I would not. In the last couple years they have lost multiple packages of ours. In the last 3 weeks they have misplaced 2 of my packages. The one was missing for 3 weeks and was just randomly in the back. It was not forwarded or anything. I was able to get it in my search for my most recent package that was claimed to have been delivered. The most recent package was to be delivered on August 3rd. I CALLED THE WEATHERFORD POST OFFICE ON A RECORDED LINE. I was assured that it would be forwarded after I called realizing that it had the old address. This package was 1 of 2 packages and only one got forwarded to me properly. The other they misplaced and is now going back to forwarding in Coppell. They were going to charge me for extra postage for their or Coppell's faux pas of not forwarding it in the first place. The USPS told me forwarding takes up to 14 business days. So whether I get the package or a refund I am assuredly angry with USPS. I was going to sue the post office but apparently you can't sue them for missing mail.Thankfully the company that I made the order with has some integrity. The company is willing to work with me in the event I do or don't receive the package.Update: I don't know who in the command chain I spoke to was that fixed this issue but I got my package without issues or extra fees with next day delivery on it. Thank you USPS for taking responsibility for this faux pas.

I’ve been using this location quite frequently the past couple of months due to selling some stuff online. I have to say I’m impressed by how quickly I get in and out without a problem. The staff working there are always super professional and friendly. I typically deal with Brenda and she’s an absolute delight! Makes my trips into the post office something to look forward to rather than a burden!

I was in shock at how rude the lady was on the phone for passports. I even ended up apologizing to HER incase there was maybe a misunderstanding to make her speak to me that way and then she hung up on me before I could even ask her my question.
