I had the transmission fluid replacement and the tech said it had to be done through the filler tube because there was no bottom drain. It was a compromise I didn’t want yet I believed him. I found out later that day that there is a drain on my transmission and that was the recommended process for replacing the fluid, not through the dipstick hose. I’m disappointed.

If you like your drain bolt tightened to Jesus then go here! On top of that they had us wait 2 hours just to get an oil change… and another 45 minutes. Could not recommend them less!

I would never take another vehicle to this location. Had my truck serviced for an oil and fuel filter change. An O ring was left off my fuel filter causing the truck to leak a large amount of diesel smoking & almost catching fire. I called and opened a claim with the company. When I asked to speak to the manager about this issue like, recommended by the claims representative, the employee was extremely rude. Once the manager, James, finally got to the phone he told me “he’s been busy” and “hasn’t gotten to follow up on the matter”. Considering this could have been a very dangerous situation due to negligence on their part, I would have expected them to want to correct the matter before this mistake happened to anyone else’s vehicle. If I could give a zero stars, I would. After seeing others experiences with this location I wouldn’t recommend trusting this business with even small routine maintenance.

Don't go here for State Inspections. The guy charged us, knowing the truck would fail because of window tint. He checked the tint before coming to get our credit card, then said, :Okay I am going to go finish running the tests." Brought the car around and told us he had to fail us because of the tint. Which he could have said before he charged us and we would have fixed it and taken it somewhere else. We have had this same tint on our vehicle and never had issues passing Inspection. He wasted an hour of my time by being shady. Also maybe if he stopped talking and being in everyone else's business he could have performed his job faster.

Everyone was courteous and there was no pressure to have maintenance items addressed. Diagnostic "gotchas" are never appreciated. The price was good enough.
