“This place is great, Dr Sweat and Hutchins are top notch veterinarians. They are quite far from us but still make the drive and take the time with very important cows.”

“Recently came to Holland for the first time for my dogs spay. Prices were reasonable and services provided were great. I appreciated how quick they were able to get her in for surgery especially because she was in heat, most places make you wait weeks after they finish heat cycle. They sent us home with everything that was needed and were quick to answer any questions I had. Very knowledgeable. They even reached out the following day asking how she was doing which was very meaningful. All of the techs, receptionists, doctor were very nice, thorough and had good energy. My dog is doing great, I plan to go back for any needs.”

“Can’t say enough about how much we love everyone at Parker County vet!!! We recently moved back to Fort Worth and had heard really good things about Dr. Borgers. I also wanted to support her because I’ve grown up with her husband. It’s a little longer drive than we would like, but it’s 100% worth it! Everyone who works there is a joy. They are kind, compassionate, and treat us and our pups like family. Dr. Borgers knows what she is doing! We recently got a new puppy and we just had her spayed and chipped. Dr. Borgers did so well and after a few days, our Tilly is so happy and bouncing back to normal quickly! I would highly recommend Parker County Vet for all your animal needs!”

“The Folands take the best care of my animals! They have saved two of my pets in emergency situations in the last year. They look at what’s best for the animal and go from there. The support staff communication is incredible. I love how Jackie checked in with me so many times via text throughout the day to keep me informed on how my pets were doing as well as the follow up once we left. I could not recommend them more.”

“Wonderful and kind staff. My regular vet was unavailable and recommended Reata when my old horse was colicking. I called and was helped by Janna/Janet (I hope I'm close, because she was wonderful). Even though I was not an existing client, she bent over backwards to help and comfort me. Dr Lorenz (again I really hope that's right, she was also amazing), came out quickly. She did everything she could to help Roo feel better. I absolutely loved her, and I felt very confident in her abilities.I can't recommend this practice enough. Every single person I dealt with from first call to paying the bill was absolutely wonderful. I'm delighted to have found this practice, and so happy Dr Wynn recommended them.”

“I am new to the FW area and it is always a challenge to find a new vet who you can respect and trust with the health of one of your family members! If you can relate, I highly recommend you give Bowie Animal Hospital a try. EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN SOUTH OR WEST FORT WORTH it is worth a trip to Weatherford for this level of care, especially at this price point! My 15 year old Yorkie had been vomitting and otherwise feeling puny for 3 days, right before Thanksgiving and I was panicking over the thought he might get worse during the holiday. This clinic got me in same day! From the start, I felt like I was in good hands. We ran a full blood work-up (something i had been wanting to do) and it didnt cost much, which was a shock because the reason I hadn't done that before was due to severe price gouging with other vets. The Doc gave me some meds and advice to help the stomach and dehydration issues but also took the time to do a full physical exam and discussed some long-term probs (ie Spartacus likely had a slipped disc that was giving him quite a bit of pain). The stomach meds worked, but probably more importantly, the long-range plan/therapy she suggested for the back helped my pup immensely - which is more valuable than you can imagine because the alternatives, if the situation worsened, were really bad.She even wrote me a few scripts so that I have meds on hand at my home for various situations or accidents that may come-up, which is absolutely invaluable!Importantly, all this came without price gouging or upselling. Vet visit, full blood work, diagnosis and treament for 2 pretty serious issues, and a little stockpile of meds for future issues (my choice whether to fill or not) was all less than $350. This is shocking as I have had vets try to sell me 'old age panels' at $1200 a pop when nothing at all was wrong with my pet.I really like all of the staff at this clinic too. I have felt like Spartacus is in great and caring hands during every visit and most importantly, the diagnosis and treatment provided worked! (Not always the case!)If you need a new vet, are dissatisfied with your current vet, or even if you just think your current vet is 'meh' I encourage you to give Bowie Animal Hospital a try - you won't be disapointed.”

“While traveling from East Texas to West Texas with our horse, who was loaded in a stock trailer, we had to make a sudden stop. During the stop my sweet horse fell and gashed his head. We couldn't tell how deep or sever the injury was and naturally it happened on a Sunday. I googled the closest emergency equine vet and ended up at ESMS. We are so thankful to the staff and Dr. Rudy Madrigal who took excellent care of us. The wound did require sutures and they wasted no time in taking care of our sweet horse. We got full instructions on post care and the pain medicine that was to be given for a few days following. Surprisingly for all the time and care that was given, the fee was extremely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend ESMS. I wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely use them for all our equine needs.”

“Fantastic place, they took great care of my Senior horse (needed a cardiac workup). I was able to arrange it even while living in Australia - the vets were amazing and made everything easy. Prices were actually a bit lower than originally quoted, which was a relief! And when I found out I had an overdue unpaid invoice (it was lost in our email systems, I think), they were extremely kind and understanding, and we got it resolved without problems. These are good people and I’d go back in a heartbeat.”
