This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever done business with and the Ops manager needs more training on how to handle complaints.
Professionalism is not a quality here!!
I say fill your prescription somewhere else especially if you need it in a timely manner.

I have been forced in a way to use this pharmacy because the occasionally get my order correct but I use insulin in my insulin pump for my type 1 diabetes and these clowns get it messed up almost all the time. I have been told they just don’t want to file the paperwork trail to get my insulin as a dme( durable medical equipment. ) This last time they wanted to charge me 3131.00 for 90 days. What a bummer. Anyway, I am sick of it and wanted to say shame on you Walgreens for these practices. Btw, I still do not have my insulin.

I got transferred back to Walgreens by my insurance company. Ever since I have had to wait a day or 2 for any prescriptions to be filled and some were sent to their ""offsite pharmacy" which took even longer to get.
I have tried calling pharmacy later in eve ing when they are less busy. But they don't answer the phone. Call tried to ralk to store manager and waited for 15 min for their phone to then hang up on me.
Not sure what happened but store has gone way way down in customer service, well in all service they have gone down.

Slowest pharmacy ever. You can guarantee you’ll be waiting in line for at least 10-20 minutes each time.

My doctor called in a new prescription for me and I received a response that it was in progress. A short time later, I received a notification it was delayed . When I called the pharmacy to talk to them, they told me that they don’t offer my prescription in the dosage that my doctor ordered. But told me that they offered it in a different dosage. No big deal. I told my doctor and they sent in a new script for the dosage that Walgreens told me they carried. Then I get another delayed response that they don’t have it in stock. So I called again and asked if I can transfer it to a pharmacy that has my prescription in stock so that I don’t have to bother my doctor with a third request for the prescription. They proceeded to tell me that because it’s a new prescription they can’t transfer it.

Worst pharmacy on the planet Earth.
They do not even deserve one star.

I called Walgreens this morning looking for an ADD medication. Not only would he even tell me if the medicine was in stock. He told me it was a safety concern to even give me the information of any other surrounding Walgreens have it. I called multiple pharmacies today and no one had a problem giving me said information. CVS and H-E-B were way more helpful. With all the other options of pharmacies that we have here in Weatherford, this should be your last choice. Customer service sucks, the guy that I talked to his name was Eric.

There sure are a lot of negative reviews for a place open 24 hours. The pharmacy is popular. Plenty of people get their prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy employees are usually very nice regardless of the constant flow of cranky customers who never learned about patience. The new corporate call center on the other hand.. 0 stars.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I made an appointment ti get a rapid covid/flu test. I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. For the pharmacy tech. To tell me I needed to come inside. I came inside for thr pharmacy tech to tell me that all their tests are expired. Yet there were multiple times available to get the test there that same day. So why even have appointment times available if they didn't havr any tests. And, being actually sick, it was over an hour of my time wasted and feeling way worse, and I still didn't get the test done! Don't go here if you can. Choose ANY other place. They are the worst.

Still the worst place in Weatherford to fill and pick up a prescription! They make terrible customer service a true art form!

Whoever runs the pharmacy needs to be canned. How can you tell an old man his prescription is ready only to have him wait in line 3 times because you guys couldn’t fulfill your job requirements. Have some human compassion and at least try to pretend to give a darn.
