I have been using Walker Auto for years. My family has been using it for years longer than I. I am afraid that we will no longer be taking our vehicles over there for services. The cost and care are just not up to par as what they have been in years past. Paul had some great guys working for him that did the job right and his prices were fair. He would even work with people on payment plans. I know that Covid has messed a lot up for a lot of companies and the economy is not the best but I feel that at some point we have to get back to a sense of normalcy. It takes forever for parts to come in, prices are higher and the work is middle of the road to lacking. I had some repairs done to a vehicle I had before on the steering wheel & they used very used parts from a junk yard to replace it with that made the steering wheel very hard to use. My family had their car worked on several times only to find out that the problem wasn't fixed after they were told it was. I had my current vehicle looked at and asked if they could fix one problem. Said that I would be coming back at a later date to have some other things looked at. Well they looked into more than I asked them to and actually broke parts of my vehicle and left parts open. Only noticed when I was driving and had to pull over because I had a part fly off my car. They said they were sorry and that they would fix it. Even made the comment that its not the first time they have had complaints like this. If that is true then why is the person who worked on mine and others vehicles still allowed to work there? I still haven't gotten my vehicle fixed from damages they caused. I was told parts are on order. checked back a week later, 3 weeks later, a few months later, and now its been 6 months. Still not able to fix my vehicle. Some of the issues I was able to fix on my own by going to auto parts stores and doing it myself. How is it they can't fix something because they can't get parts in after months but I can go into town, find the parts and do it myself in one day? I love ya Paul, I really do. I just can't come back to you till you start having a better team of mechanics and better supply lines. I need to have faith that when a job is done that the job will be done right, on time, without breaking the bank and I wont get my vehicle back worse than I got it.

Fixed the air conditioner on my car when the Nissan dealership wouldn't even look at it without an appointment, even though I was at the dealership for a different maintenance issue.The repair was done with excellent results and it has kept me cool for remainder of the summer! They are good people and I plan to use them again in the future if needed.Services: Auto A/C replacement
