OMG, bought a Christmas tree last year I know they have a 90 day return policy but when I bought the Christmas tree the lady said that if it was broken when I open it next year I could return it but I went back today because the lights wouldn't turn on literally it was brand new and the wires were cut they wouldn't let me return it so after I left I called the manager first time she hanged up on me I had to have a friend call her and then she answered she was very rude all she said was well too bad this was terrible customer service I told her that they should try and change this still she was very rude and just told me was a 90 day return policy I get this is her job but she can at least be nice when she's doing it

I love this Walmart!! I can always find everything Here! Friendly and fast service in the automotive department. I also love the organic selections here. A one stop shop with kiddos :)

Stuff all in the aisles. Clogged aisles with on-line shopping carts. Went to the third check out lane before I found one that worked.Next time I'll just go to self-check out.

Went to service department to replace a battery due to it not starting my vehicle. I came in the prior day and the battery was not passing inspection test. They notified me that the battery is still under warranty since it was just purchased 7 months prior. The next day my card would not start and I needed to call AAA to get a jump. I came in to replace the battery since it is still under warranty only to be met with a rude mechanic who i can hear cussing in the garage. Due to them closing in 5 min. I told him if it is that big of a deal that just give me my battery and tools then I will replace myself. He bagan to give me reasons on why he would not do it, luckily I have my recipe and after a manager got involved had agreed I was correct and under policy if they ran a charge and same battery does not work. It needs to be replaced, very upset with service and mouthy mechanic who i had to watch put battery in just to assure no foul play. Manager is only reason i will even step back in this store in general

Went to the auto center 2 weeks in a row to get an oil change. 2 weeks ago they told me it would take 2 hours. I was in no rush so said okay and proceeded to walk down every aisle to kill 2 hours! After 2 hours I went to the desk to check on my car as I thought I heard an announcement. The lady working the counter told me that they haven't even started on it yet. Grabbed my keys and left. This past weekend I went back and the guy working the front told me it would take 45 mins to an hour. Again, walked around for an hour. Returned to the front desk and the guy working the front, not sure if the manager of that department or what, was like they haven't even started on it yet. I told him that this was 2 weeks in a row and he didn't say anything, just stared at me. Asked for my keys and left. If you guys know that you cannot fit me in, just tell me! Don't give me a time and then say it's not been started on. Frustrating! Cannot wait for HEB to open!!!

Please just go to another pharmacy. They are rude, slow and ignorant. Literally have no clue what they are doing at all. There seems to be one with short blonde hair and glasses that hates her job a little more than the others. She straight up rolled her eyes at me as I approached the counter and asked me what I wanted. Seriously?!
