Vanessa was great. Came out to do measurements on my dads compression socks so he didn't have to come in. She was super sweet to my dad and took the time for showing me how to put them on right. She really was fantastic!

2 hearts medical assisted my mother today and she was very pleased with their service. They brought her items out to her car and made sure she knew how to use them properly.. in 98 degree weather. She was very appreciative of their service and said they truly outdid themselves. She said they went above and beyond and she is very grateful. Thank you 2 hearts medical for taking care of my mom in her time of need!

I had my son measured at 2 Hearts expensive compression socks. After measuring , the 2 Hearts representative provided the recommended size and brand. At home I found the package had already been opened. I proceeded to put them on my son and found they were several sizes too small. I returned to 2 Hearts to exchange them. They stated they can’t be returned due to State law if one was tried on. That is understandable from a State law perspective; however, not from a customer service perspective. Consumers rely on the store’s employees to be trustworthy in their knowledge of their products and how to appropriately take measurements. 2 Hearts took no responsibility for their error and left us with a waste of unusable very expensive compression socks. We will not be back

LOVE this place!! Got the cutest cup and straws to prevent lip lines! Very friendly staff, customer service is top notch! I’ll definitely be back. The person at the counter was very helpful as well!

Stop by 2 Hearts Medical today. Shana, Kim and Vanessa assisted me. All three were very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. If you ever need assistance ask for one of these ladies.

Dropped my scrubs off last Tuesday to be embroidered was told 3-5 days called today a week and 4 days later and was informed the lady that is embroidering them was on spring vacation and the woman that answered the phone didn't bother to ask my name to check if they were there, I am livid and the attitude not appropriate from her! Will find somewhere else to go next time. I am also not upset for the time frame I am upset because you told me one thing and did not bother to look to see if it may have been delivered!

I recently stopped by to buy some scrubs and the young lady Natalie Torres was very nice and was so helpful, she made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had! I will definitely be going back for more!

Just left the business with a wheelchair and some other essentials and let me tell you it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Workers are very respectful, helpful and fast at attending you. Very affordable prices as well. 10/10 recommended. Will definitely be shopping here again.
