The girls who work there, Natalie and Kim are amazing, they help you with anything you need and are very sweet. They made shopping in their fun and easy breezy. Would definitely recommend coming in for anything medically needed, scrubs, badge holders, the new jacket by healing hands; karma, compression socks etc.I love it!

I've seen this location over the years but never had a need for medical supplies until today. I'm so glad I had their name and location from memory. I called and spoke to the staff a couple times. They were so helpful and informative over the phone. By the time I walked in its like they knew me. Natalie helped me make sure I got the exact item I needed to avoid doubts. They have so many products in there, it's definitely a lot more than a "medical supply." Thank you for the great service and knowledge.

The staff was soo sweet and they helped me pick out the correct scrubs. The fitting rooms were nice and clean. The check out process was smooth. Overall, would go back to get more scrubs, they have a cute selection with a variety of colors! :)

Really great customer service. I requested an electric body lift for my husband who injured both legs. They ordered the device for me and delivered on time. Great team of folks.

I too have had very poor customer service at this store I bought my mom some accessories for her wheel chair for Christmas. When she tried them on her chair on Christmas Day, they did look as I expected, I so I tried to take them back.No go. Less than 30 days and still new in box, and I couldn't get a refund or even exchange the items for other merchandise in the store. No one ever mentioned 3 day return window.If they had I would never had purchased in the first place.To top it all off, staff is rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional.This place will run itself out of business in no time.

2 Hearts Medical Supply is my definite go-to place to get my supplies! I've purchased a variety of products for my aches and pains and they've been SO helpful with suggestions and even shows me the best way to put on my back brace. They are so friendly and have excellent customer service! Much better than buying supplies at CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart because they REALLY care about their customers!

I love this supply store! They have such a diverse supply of things that my elder in-laws needed for their new home and personal items. I can’t wait to return and tell my friends in similar situations about this store. The owners are very knowledgeable of their inventory and very helpful.

Pitiful customer service. Purchased 2 items less than two weeks ago,before surgery. One item was supposed to attach to shower wall and a shower chair.Shower attachment would not stay suctioned to wall, and I didn't need shower chair after all. Went to return both items today - unused - and I was informed they have a 3-day return policy.In addition, I was sold the floor model of the shower chair. When I asked for one in the box, the representative stated that they are sold pre-assembled and walked the chair out to my car. The rep today stated that I needed the packaging and wouldn't believe I didn't get any.Lost almost $200 for worthless items that were never used and in my possession for less than 2 weeks.

Staff was very welcoming and educated on the products. Was helped by Kimberly and her customer service is by far the best I’ve received at Two Hearts. Also left with two pairs of great quality scrubs at a good price.
