I would not recommend there services to anybody. I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic to see what is happening with the vehicle. The staff refused to give me my paperwork regarding the issues pertaining to my vehicle. This guy has the audacity to tell me because the diagnostic was free. I should be grateful for that service. What does that have to do with what is happening with my vehicle.
Please be careful with businesses like this. Just because they don't keep paper copies of the diagnostics, they shouldn't dismiss there customers complaint either. If you just hang up on someone in the middle of getting to the bottom of the matter. That within itself is bad business practices. Don't trust these guys and definitely don't do business with them.

The only thing I'll say for now is this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SERIOUSLY. IF YOU'RE NEEDING GOOD WORK TO BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER....BY GOOD KIND HEARTED PEOPLE....THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. BELIEVE ME PLEASE. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES NOT FAR FROM THEM THAT I ASSURE YOU WILL CARE A WHOLE LOT MORE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND SITUATION. THEY'VE HAD MY CAR SINCE MAY 23RD......BUT LET ME BE COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT...THEY GAVE IT BACK JULY 3RD AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FIXED. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME TODAY AND HERE IT IS....THE EVENING OF JULY 12TH AND NO CALL. NO UPDATE. BUT THIS IS OWENED AND OPERATED BY PPL WHO CARE RIGHT!!!! NOT. I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET MORE OF YOU KNOW THE FINAL OUTCOME. BUT ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD......

We had our transmission repaired in January and were back for service on our cooling system recently! Gary is honest, fair and reliable ! We will continue to use AAMCO for all our car needs !

your customer service is horrible and i am a witness to this you should not be joking about mental health it is disgusting. Also my husband fixed this issue she was having for 5 dollars!

Gary and his crew are professionals honest and trustworthy I travel across town to get work done by him. I can't give enough praise it's nice to have someone you can trust to work on your stuff and you can trust him and his crew.

Gary and the staff of Aamco Webster, TX not only completed my transmission rebuild efficiently and effectively. My experience has always been positive this is the second time I have had to have my 2019 Jeep Cherokee repaired and both times they have explained each and every service that has had to be done on my vehicle. Thank you Gary for being so kind and caring. So many times as women we get taken advantage of at automotive repair shops and I for one am glad I found one that I can trust.

Thank you Gary for you help and also your team I put my truck like a month ago I was experiencing transmission issues, I know that’s very delicate so 2 weeks went by and I got my truck but It still was experiencing issue so I took it back. Then they told me that they found another issue so they proceeded on fixing it took 2 weeks as well, Gary kept me updated I got my truck back like 2 days ago, im happy how everything turned out. I recommend this place and I would come back for any repairs on any of my vehicles.

Gary Roos and his staff are fantastic. They were very thorough diagnosing the issues with my vehicle. Once they knew what was needed, Gary let me know what was needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Gary kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I understood everything once it was ready. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will always refer business to Gary and his crew and will also continue to trust them with my vehicles.

Came by Amoco for an s pen on a thermostat replacement on my ram truck and possibly some brake service, they told me I needed a new entire brake service new rotors brake pads along with the thermostat came out to be over 2600, they gave me my parts I took them and looked at them along with another mechanic and my drums only needed to be turned and I only needed shoes on to my brakes the shoes were still good for the other remaining
