Honestly great staff, Rashad, Steven, every everyone is great, every time I’ve shown up I’m always helped with a great and professional person. They been helping me so good I’ve almost done a career change. They also have a great selection of everything and extremely knowledgeable, I pray I’ll never need their help again.(keeping a healthy car) but if I do I’ll be going to them. Thx everyone

I went on Nov 13, 2023 to the Advanced Auto Parts on Highway 3, Webster, Tx to buy a windshield wiper. I was attended by a lady named Barbara. I paid for the wiper and kindly asked for her or her co-worker to install it for me. They told me it was raining and they didn’t want to get wet. I told them it was just a light rain. They told me I would have to wait til it stopped raining. I told them it would be raining most of the day! I was told once again that they would not install it when it was raining! I cancel the $23.00 transaction and left. I went to Walmart, on El Dorado to buy a wiper, they were glad to install it, in the rain, and I only paid $8.00 for it! Thanks Walmart! I hope Barbara and her co-worker at Advance Auto Parts take an umbrella or rain gear to work on rainey days in order to be able to help their customers!

I always go to Advance Auto parts because of the online coupons, rewards and competitive pricing BUT what this store never does is have my items prepared when an online pickup is placed. I usually end up driving to a farther location because I know the items will be in stock and prepared. I've tried multiple times and given quite a bit of time in advance when placing an order but still no luck. Been this way for years.
