I had a good experience from beginning to end.
There is new management and the place looks great. I was not sure about getting lashes and the stylist helped me pick a style that helped eased my apprehension. I enjoyed the LASH NAP!
When I went back I added in the fullness and loved it. The lash wash really helped refresh them.
The reception staff was also very nice and attentive.

Booked an appointment for a correction and was charged. If a customer calls for a correction and it’s past the timeline, the proper thing to do is alert your customer the appointment exceeds the timeline and let the know they will be charged. I was never told I would be charged, they never asked to authorize my card either. Before I left, I asked if I was good to go no recharge and the lady said yes have a good day. I called back a few days later after realizing I was charged, Destiney the manager proceeded to argue with me and tell me that since I’ve been to Amazing Lash before I should know the policy. She was extremely rude and refused to do anything to correct the issue. The lady at the counter never asked to charge my card, she never asked if I wanted to leave a tip or anything. Beware, this location has terrible customer service and will charge your card without authorization!

Run away from the Baybrook location. They did a horrible job and cleaned their hands when I mentioned my concerns. I was still charged and needed to go Pearland location who had to charge me again. This company is such a scam. They mess up and want to charge you to fix it. Be careful.

Alexa was so knowledgeable and very informative. My lashes look amazing!!!! The whole store had a wonderful atmosphere! Definitely will be going back!

Absolutely the worst! They stole my credits as a member then closed my account! They will not answer the phone or when they do they tell me a manager will call back but never does! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This location is my significant others first time to get eyelash extensions!! Thao has done an excellent operation!! She said that Amazing Lash Studios will be her preferred place!!!

I personally will not be back. I booked my appointment for 2:00 the morning of i received a call asking if i could arrive at 1:20. i told her i could try but wasn't sure. She moved my appointment and told me to call if I was going to be late. I booked with a master tech to find she has been doing lashes one year and works Saturdays and Sundays. The master tech was super sweet the bed was comfortable, teason for the 3. I told her from the beginning I was the cat eye (their sexy)And I like a very natural look. My lashes looked like a rainbow. I'm also used to fishtail ends so all the lashes are not exactly the same length. End result is not natural, not cat eye. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

I tried to give this place a chance because it was recommended, but I would save your money and go elsewhere. My lashes fell out almost immediately. No one told me how to take care of them properly until about three refills later. I went into lash extensions totally blind — which I told them, to no avail. What’s most upsetting and disconcerting is that I was charged TWICE $92, and when I alerted the manager Kim, she said the transaction didn’t go through because the receipt didn’t print. Even though I showed her the money was taken out of my account through my app. She insisted that I would just have to swipe my card again, and then charged me a different price because the transaction was blocked for a double charge. (This should have signaled to her I was already charged). I am still fighting to get refunded, even after bringing in my printed bank statement! Ive left multiple messages, even left my contact number to speak with the owner. I was told they show up when they feel like it, and clearly don’t check their staff’s email — or choose to blatantly disregard them. I’ve never gone to such a deceitful business in my life. This specific Amazing Lash, in Baybrook, has bad business practices and I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. Please save your money and don’t be scammed like me.
