“I live at Watersedge Apts in Webster, Tx & have found it to be an enjoyable living experience. It is well maintained by management not only on the interior of clubhouse, fitness &, business center, swimming pool trash & postal pick up & landscaping. Staff is very professional & accommodating. Work orders needed for your residence are responded to in a timely manner. So many more amenities including close logistics to shopping,, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, gas stations & so much more. Whether single, married or family Watersedge Apts is a wonderful place to call home, year after year depending on your needs.”

“Jamie and Alex in leasing office are absolutely amazing ? Also rent is extremely affordable for the webster area,maintenance is on site and literally almost immediately there to fix any issues. Clean,quite,maintained, modern amenities etc. Also no bugs whatsoever. Planning on signing 2nd lease shortly. Highly recommend”
“We've lived here for over seven years. The property is exceptional, and the community is remarkable. One time, our refrigerator stopped working around Christmas, and we had to file an emergency service request. Amazingly, a new fridge was delivered and installed the next morning. The staff is always friendly, approachable, and professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a home.”

“I had a wonderful experience living at Trivium Edgewater for one year. Shemil Roundtree, the Assistant Community Manager, was always extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything.
During our time here, my wife, kids, and I truly felt like we were part of a family. My wife especially enjoyed visiting the leasing office and talking with the staff because everyone made her feel at home. We never had any major issues during our stay, and the staff was always friendly and supportive.
The only reason we are moving is because we were looking for a 3-bedroom apartment, but unfortunately one was not available before our lease ended. Otherwise, we would have been very happy to stay.
A special thank you to Shemil and the entire Trivium Edgewater team for making our year here such a great experience. We will always have good memories of this community and truly appreciate everything they did for our family. Highly recommended!”
