“The staff demonstrates exceptional dedication to maintaining a pleasant living environment, evident in their diligent efforts to encourage pet owners to responsibly clean up after their companions. Regrettably, despite such proactive measures, there remains a noticeable reluctance among certain residents to adhere to basic cleanliness standards. Their is always pee in the staircase and today a huge pile of poop in the middle of the staircase (has sat there for the last 6 hours).”

“For fairness, I have not been here enough to have a proper full experience, but there are multiple reasons that this place is a good place to choose.Firstly, the leasing office, is very accommodating and tries to work around whatever your needs are. I worked with Amanda (she was awesome and helped very much) to get a lease arranged in a tight span. She was very responsive and very professional, but also kind when it came to making it work. They're here to help, genuinely. For the apartments, they are very spacious, and they're being worked on to be more modern. This is alongside new good appliances (new dishwashers, microwave, ovens, fridges, washer/dryer) , and fiber outlets for those that care about internet (it's Comcast/Frontier). Most of the floor plans are laid out with the intentions of these places being spacious enough for a house experience, but with your home being a part of this larger community. If you can afford the base rent, there are additional fees that do come in handy, and are actually cheaper than some other places I've stayed (for example covered parking is $15, usually is $20 for uncovered and $30 for covered at other places).Additionally, there's nice things this community has for those living here. There's a dog park, multiple paths for walks, a nice spacious pool, some grills, a large workable gym, and it does have the newer digital lockers that you can be sure your package will be safe in.Some drawbacks are there are no working elevators for many of the multiple story units, and this may become an issue if you have to carry groceries, move large furniture, or have someone that may have physical issues. Lastly, some of the grievances here are the charges of the additional fees included in your overall monthly billing, but I see those as being fair charges for my experience staying at other places. Although, I will come to understand those charges and how they are used in my experience here in time. Some extra notes is that this location is down the street from grocery stores, nearby Costco (huge), and is close to the highway for fast travels to downtown or Galveston, for some quick access to great places. Also NASA, Kemah, and the Challenger Park.Overall, this is a very solid choice if it fits into your budget, and your experience will be elevated by the leasing office, good maintenance, and a comfortable area this location can offer.”

“It seems everyday someone here is smoking weed . (Weed smell has gone away mostly )If that's not worse off they "schedule" work however never come through.{mgrs* try to keep maintenance orders up)I have some fool keeps pounding on my door . Do I call police , won't do any good (police response excellent, office will make it harder on me resident , who is doing the best to stay out of the way of others . New lights going up and gates seem to be still working . I enjoy the mangers , they have a lot of work to due, kids going back to school means peace during the day. Since I've been here Rosa has had the total property washed and repainted twice, so maintain that and no one else would do that often ,thanks. *So the weed smell has seemed to go away. The guy who used to bang on my door has since moved on. Another staff (mgr) has left the property.*”

“Hey everyone! I just had to share my awesome experience living at Rosemont Apartments. I just have give a shoutout to the amazing staff. To be specific, Luz, Jessica and Amelia. From day one, they've been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they're always quick to respond and go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. They truly make this place feel like home. Plus, they're super knowledgeable about the area and have given me some awesome recommendations for local spots to check out. Plus, the location is so convenient with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff here are simply the best! In addition, the amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center. I feel safe and secure here, and the maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues. Highly recommend checking out Rosemont on el Dorado Apartments if you're in the market for a new place to call home!”

“My son and I drove from Dallas today trying to locate an apartment for him for his college internship at NASA. He is not a resident, but hopefully he will be by next week. There were three young ladies in the office and they were extremely friendly and polite. Jasmine Montero took us on a tour and she was very professional, knowledgeable of the complex and represented the brand of the complex with A-plus customer service. The office was extremely pleasant, inviting, clean, set up with snacks and drinks and smelled fresh and aromatic. Hats off to the office staff for making my son and feel very welcome today. Great Customer Service!”

“******UPDATE-*******02/14/2024 Kathy came through and made this right. It makes me sad that the person who answered the phone did the front office dirty this way (as the person who answered was temporary). I am just grateful there are still people in this world, and at these apartments, who genuinely care about quality of living and not just the almighty dollar.01/31/2024 Kathy from the front office called and we had a very good conversation. She has offered to make it right, which is way more than I thought would happen. I am grateful that she cared enough.01/24/2024 Definitely cannot wait to get out of here. The office people are rude, defensive, and lack any people skills at all. They sent a text to the entire complex on 1/24 to have the balconies cleaned off by 1/25 or there would be a fine. I lost several plants during the freeze--big ones. I will need a couple of days to get them all moved to the dumpster, not to mention I will miss the date because I will be driving back to Houston. I asked for a little grace and Miguel (front office staff) was amped up! He told me absolutely not...the lease says what it says and 48 hours was all the notice I would get (we got 24). I told him I was out of town and would not make it in time. He said "well, the freeze was last week." I guess I should know better than to have hope that dead plants could come back. I checked the lease and there is literally nothing about dead plants. I also asked Miguel if this was how he spoke to everyone, and he flipped on the "nice" switch very fast. This is literally the proverbial straw for me. I have stopped even trying. They do not make it a safe place to even hold a phone conversation, much less a face to face. Too much to worry about when there are so many nicer, kinder, and cheaper options.”

“EDIT: I have now lived at Trivium for 2 months since my tour. Everything has exceeded my expectations since moving in!! So far, Trivium has arranged food trucks that we attended and loved,(cousins Maine lobster is next on the schedule), hosted a few social gatherings that we did not attend but heard great things, and has scheduled in advance monthly activities to participate in for kids/adults. Had issues with a few appliances during the first month but after putting in maintenance requests, staff showed up EVERYTIME on the same day to correct the issue, whether it being to replace the entire appliance or correct on site. When it came to replacing the appliance/part, it took a few days, but I didn't question it because I understand things take time. We are overwhelmed with the attentiveness that Trivium offers. Still can't get over the fact that the parking lot has an abundance of space, we literally park in front of our door no matter the time of day!! One late evening we were sitting on our patio and heard neighbors calling out a pet name "Lemon". The very next day the apartment sent out an email notice to residents that a small kitten by the name "Lemon" was lost. If that doesn't convince you this is a wholesome community to live in then you are lost yourself. My only downside is the gym. It's small, but the dang cardio machines don't work. There are peloton bikes available during office hours but I regularly come home around 11pm and cannot access them, which leaves me with nothing. All in all, this is a one in a million beautiful complex to live in. The location is perfect, Mackenzie and Shemil (leasing agents) are wonderful people, and we absolutely lovvvvve are home!!Beautiful property. I noticed on my tour there was an abundance of parking available, a big plus! Thought the amount of space for the price is very reasonable compared to many apartments in the area.”

“Shoutout to leasing agent Abby! Within a week I was approved and moved into a 1b1ba unit. There have been minor issues that have come up but maintenance has been quick to respond and resolve. As my first apartment on my own - I feel at peace.”
