Great gym! Big and breezy with new equipment. It's only 1 year old, and the owners and members obviously care about keeping it very clean and organized. The programming is great and accommodates all levels - specific programming for 55+, which I've never seen. Very friendly members. Check it out! ??

Great space with awesome quality people and coaches. Follows PRVN workouts. Has a great 24 hour access option. Good variety in class times. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Easy access off 3. Highly recommend !

Amazing CrossFit gym. Only a mile away from home and with great coaches. Owners Roy and Jenn are also the sweetest!! My favorite thing about this gym are the restrooms that are always super clean and stocked up on toilet paper, napkins and soap!!!
