I dropped off my phone for repairs and it only took about 10 minutes to get it checked in. I came back in 2 hrs and it was ready and like brand new. Friendly and professional service.

Very unprofessional and he really wasn't willing to work with me on my purchase he was just rude. I've been a customer since y'all were Houston Cingular and the customer service I received was just really bad. ATT has no loyalty to its long time customers. Very sad. Maybe one day the employees will realize the importance of customer service.

Had a very bad experience at this store. Bought an iPad tablet from this store back in the first week of May. I didn't like it, so I took it back 10 days later, and it's been over a month and still haven't got my $1515. Dollars back. Every time I call, they tell me Wednesday. That's been 2 Wednesday ago. I would time twice about doing business with this store. Going to have to take them to court. Bad place to do business with!!

Rude rude rude! Was told I had to pay a restocking fee for a device that was sent to me by mistake. Had to spend over an hour in the store and get a manager involved to get fee waived very dissatisfied with them. Also my bill is 3 times higher than I was told. No one wants to help me with charges I should not have to pay. Waited 2 hours on hold with customer service. Still not resolved. Do not ever switch to att&t ever!!!!!!!!
