I just tried withdrawing four hundred dollars from the webster branch. There's no one there and I waited ten minutes just to get a withdraw slip back. I told her just give me my cards.I'll go somewhere else.It's ridiculous.They have nothing to do and no customers and take forever for a simple transaction.
They really need a better management here.My branch out and Fulshearputs them to shame. If I had to deal with these jokers on the regular I would not have a cent in this bank.

Was not able to help at all. Had to drive 45 minutes to another location that wasn’t where my account was opened…because they had to wait for a verification… even with a supervisor present.. the guy at the desk was very kind and professional just not able to help me with what I needed. 2pm 12/27/24

Have had an account for little under a year but I used it in Arkansas never once had a problem from them and always got my problem taken care of asap. Hopefully employees are professional in Texas.

They didn't want to cash my check because I don't have an account with them. I had to go to another bank in Friendswood and there they kindly helped me and cashed the check. This happened today September 30, 2024.
They did not want to change a check issued by someone with an account with Cadence, the teller was not friendly, I had to go to another Cadence bank in Friendswood and there they very kindly assisted me and changed the check. That happened today September 30, 2024.

Fire Carmen. Do yourself the favor because she never cared and just wants a check. But also, close. As in shut down. Bancorp was so much better. I’ll be closing my account.

I am not sure if they got a new staff or what but the last few weeks at Cadence bank have been a terrible experience. The staff told me out would be out $12,000 if my $1,200 check bounced back which made no sense. Then I proceeded to deposit a check and cashed it out. I left and was missing $200!! They informed me that their system only "read" $600 even though it was really $800. It was the same lady who I delt with days prior and she was very rude to me. I luckily got a call back and they told me that I was right and I was missing $200. I have a feeling she tried to take it from me and pull a fast one. They are crooks!!!! The staff is rude and the bank app never works. Bancorp South was a way better bank before they switched to Cadence. I will be switching banks ASAP!!!!

Complete wast of time! Went to Webster, Tx branch to open multiple accounts. Lobby was empty and one person in teller line yet, no one to assist? I've had better experience at a Walmart ATM...run!

Everyone at this bank has always been very friendly and personable with me. I have never had any issues and have greatly appreciated their service. They are efficient and prompt, and they take care of all my needs! :-)

Horrible bank go to cash my payroll check and my boss did not have sufficient funds so I asked for a NSF stamp and the bank manager refused it to me I will never cash anything at this piss poor bank ever again
