These guys did a great job helping me with an old suburban.
I would pull a trailer and the back end would sag and often bottom out pulling in and out of gas stations.
They installed Airbags on the rear shocks and now we have no sagging, in fact you i cant even feel the trailer back there.
Benchmark Customs was a perfect 10 for me across the board.
I will be back.

Highly recommend Benchmark Customs! Mark and his staff were very thorough and kept me updated on the progress of my truck from the start. Installed 5" Rough Country lift and also fixed other issues in the front end that were found during the lift installation. Love the communication and professionalism!!!

I had a 2" level put on my truck here, along with new tires. After the first visit and the work was completed, I had an alignment issue and took it back in to Benchmark well before 1,000 miles on the tires. The shop re-did the alignment and retorqued all nuts (or so I was told). After driving it approximately 1,000 more miles, I heard a single pop come from the front end, and the truck began to sway a little. I immediately stopped at the Ford dealership because it was close to me (Benchmark is appx 35 miles from Galveston). The dealership then went to test drive the truck to diagnose the issue and the upper control arm nut came completely off. My truck was then towed back to the dealership for repair, at my cost.
I am in contact with Benchmark Customs now, but was initially argued with in explaining the situation and why my vehicle was at the dealership rather than bringing it back to them. I will update this review upon resolving the repair amount and replacing the tire that was damaged once it is complete.

Nissan dealership tried to fix a terrible squeak on my truck multiple times. No luck. Just stopped by to ask if they could fix it. The owner came out with a pry bar and moved a little piece of metal off my leaf spring, and boom, no more noise. Couldn’t believe it, the dealership had been trying to fix it forever, and this guy did it in 5 min, and didn’t even charge me for it. I gave em some money for lunch at least. What a bunch of gangsters ???? Thanks Benchmark!

First and foremost, Benchmark Customs not only gives you quality accessories for your vehicles. Their hospitality is awesome they help you they guide you and they make sure that you’re satisfied with whatever leveling kit suspension lift tires wheels so on I had a great experience with them for the fifth or six times already they helped on my 2022 f350 Dually without making me spend any extra money ….. so thank you Mark and Christian you guys rock … I will always tell my friends to keep going over there. Have a great week !!!!!

I came in there and got a quote for my truck to get a 6-in lift he was very reasonable Best price around and I did shop around highly recommend these guys I will be coming back when I get my tax return thx kerstan

Impossible to get ahold of the owner. He'd ask a day that works for me, I'd tell him a day and he'd never respond. Not very impressed with this establishment. Thought the service would've been better considering I've spent several thousands there.

Great place, amazin work and great group of guys! I was honestly a bit of a pain, and Kerstan kept it professional with the upmost customer service. He was in contact with me through out all the work; while also helping me to pick out what was needed to complete the work at high standards. I definitely recommend this shop for any work you need, they got me as a lifetime customer forsure.

I took my truck to Kerstan Durham and my fender flare had come loose. Kiersten fixed for no cost it’s a great store and Kerstan knows what he’s doing. If you want a good body shop for a lift or new wheels this is the right place to go.

Benchmark is now my go to place for my 2015 4X4 Tundra. The reason, is the people. I gave the Manager Kerstan the problem, he knew the solution right away. I expect that. This is what you don’t get anymore these days:He is honest as the day is long. He kept me updated during the repair. He showed me the broken part. He didn’t oversell, actually went out of his way to try and repair a broken part before replacing it, and best of all, he is very polite and professional. I can’t say enough about Matt the Technician as well. He took the time to talk to me ( I ask a lot of questions) and show me what he did. He and Kerstan didn’t hesitate when I went back twice and asked them to tweak the ride height by a nano micron to cater to my OCD. Thanks Guys!PatrickSeabrook, TX
