I asked one guy to check if a monitor was in stock and waited a solid 35 minutes before asking another worker named david and he got it to me in like 20 seconds. 5 star to david. 0 to whoever i asked first

Walked in yesterday and was going to buy and open box sound bar shown on picture below. Went to checkout at register and they changed the price on me saying it was $879 and not the $584 per the open box tag. The tag was priced on the correct model # box but the manager on duty still refused to honor the price. Bad business.

Tried to do a recall return for the battery pack charger I bought from Best Buy after I got an email from the ceo that the item is recalled for causing house fires etc. The manager wouldn’t take it back denying there is a nationwide recall and said I need to send back to the manufacturer and when I asked because I’m already at the store can I swap it for the latest model and I still wasn’t allowed to because the time of purchase was too long ago. They’re still selling the battery pack charger in stores fyi.

Horrible customer service at Pearland, Texas location waited over 20 minutes to be assisted for earbuds. While a large group of individuals more than five were gathered at the front desk by the door talking . Only to get to the cash register and had to wait another five minutes to get a cashier to check me out.

I was so glad I came to this store. Jared listened to what I needed and asked key questions to make sure I got the right product. Two super nice gentleman came and installed my TV and they had so much patience with all my questions. They made sure I knew how to operate my new TV, that all my other devices were connected, and cleaned up after themselves. I got the best service and a super great price too!

I was going to give a three star rating. The sales consultant named Harley Alexander did a great job helping me buy a pair of Sonos speakers and stands. He went the extra step to find the stands after their computer showed "out of stock". A win for me and a win for Best Buy.
