First time EVER to give Best Western such a bad review. Reporting them to corporate. This was utterly unacceptable. Trash in front of every room. No fitness center access, no pool access, filthy chair in room, no bathtub stopper, no waffle batter........B A D !!!!!

Me and my family had a great time at the great Wolfe lodge. We visited from San Antonio. Instead of paying the lodge prices we stayed here close by. Amber who checked me and and Checked me out was the friendliest and most accommodating person ever. Thank you all for the great service

Front desk provided great service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
The rooms however need work on them, the bathroom wall across the toilet had what looked like human fluid on left on it from the previous Bookers, bathroom was not draining & broken phone in room.
Communicated the issues with staff and they offered to relocate to which I was fine with, only to be sent to and even worse room!!!! The handle to the shower was broken off the wall, storage dresser had broken shelves, and was all around dirty. Returned to the front desk and just decided to stay in my original room with dirty walls and broke shower.
I gathered all my trash and towels in plastic bags to help out, again great service just the rooms and sanitization of the rooms, over all condition seriously needs to be double-checked because the price for one night plus a down deposit and you're not able to provide a second clean safe room is shameful

We came in expecting a nice room based off of reviews but unfortunately it was very dirty. We went to the front to change rooms and showed the worker the pictures of what hadn’t been clean and she didn’t even say sorry just offered a dust pan to clean it up or to change rooms. We changed rooms and it was still dirty. Save your time. Don’t book a stay there.

From the time I walked in to the hotel I was greeted by a polite young man I think his name is Victor. He made sure everything was good very clean room, loved the complete darkness double shades. 5 ⭐ will be back again for my next tournament.

I enjoy staying here in the updated rooms, the black out blinds are amazing! The front desk employees are super friendly and do an amazing job! There is plenty of variety for breakfast and they keep the pool and gym clean!

I have stayed at this Best Western several times in the past. This time was disappointing. The elevator was out of order, the swimming pool was a nasty green, and the whole place had a wet moldy odor. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good.

Warm pool, but indoor area FULL of DEAD BUGS- 30+. We fished some out of the pool bottom. Gross! Live cricket on our 2nd day on the indoor pool deck. I've never seen this on an indoor pool deck before. Obviously, no maintenance to the pool. Yect!

For one night, I would say it's acceptable.
The pool is full with black algae, so no dipping on the recent heatwave.
Other than that, the hotel delivers just what it claims, breakfast has eggs, sausage, bagels, toast and waffles.
Also keep in mind they are renovating and dust and strong odors are expected.
Staff at the hotel was very nice with us and guided us when we needed it.
Overall it's okay, there are better options for the cost of it, but it's not bad

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Our room (222) had MOLD, floors were filthy in our room and the halls, two towels for 4 guest, phone did not work, spider in the bathtub, carpet coming off the baseboards, and walls were cracking. I put my food in the microwave, the microwave stopped working and would not release my food. Absolutely disgusting place. Will never stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it is close to the Houston Space Center, therefore reaching the structure directly by car.
The hotel undoubtedly has a little old furniture, especially the bathroom but the price was really good considering the breakfast included.
Parking is free.
Personally I prefer a little more modern builder hotels but for one night it's fine.

Do not stay here . Especially if you are a POC. I was here for 1 week covered under fema Tsa. I left for 1 day and came back to my room key not working. Checked with the front desk and was told I had to pay. Noone called me about any problems with fema or to come get my things from the room. Life is already in shambles due to the flood which flooded down stairs of my house. I waited for the manager which was a woman of light color wearing a hijab. She then stated I am not able to stay due to my fema not covinging. I explained to her there is a problem in the system she will need to contact them. We shared an exchange of workda and them she flat out said I am not welcome there due to me being hostile and I cannot control my child. Mind you my child is special needs . Why did she bring my son I to this I don't know. So they when I got pirate because what does Mt son who is not hurting anyone have to do with this. She then threatened to call the police and I told her to CALL THEM. Do you think I am scared of the police because of my skin tone. Police show up and I told him the situation and he did what.... ABOSOLUTLY NOTHING TO ME. When the police left I then told this lady do not ever speak on anyone child. You do not know what is going on with that Indivudal and there are some people in this world who have no understanding and will really hurt you speaking on an innocent child who has nothing to do with the situation. After all this was said and done she was a deer in headlights. Please save yourself and peace of mind and find somewhere else to go. It's not worth it.

The hotel rooms are filthy. Roaches crawling in the bed, on the floors and walls. Floors are dirty. This place is gross. Do not stay here
