The hotel is at an excellent location with NASA nearby and a lot of eating options around. There is a shopping mall across the freeway. Rooms are ok, a bit old and does require upgrade. Breakfast was also decent. Still I ended up giving 2 stars because the hotel overcharged me $100 which they refunded only when I called out and pointed out their mistake. I had paid with a $100 BW gc and rest using my credit card. Initially they charged only the leftover amount to my cc, but next day they charged another $100. The BW gc was also used up with 0 balance. I usually keep a tab of all the transactions on my credit card and happened to see the extra amount the hotel has charged a day after checkout. The hotel did revert $100 back but only after I called them up. They should have noticed the extra $100 amount in the invoice after checkout and should have refunded on their own. There are several people out there who do not keep a tab of their credit card spendings and would have missed this.

It can be a little difficult to exit but the staff has been wonderful every time I've stayed. We get to Webster once each year and this is the place I stay.Walkability: There is a lot of shopping in the area.

When I read reviews I take them with a open mind. This hotel is in a good location, very convenient. Was greeted nicely upon arrival. Rooms are small. The issues I had were lack of upkeep in the rooms. The nightstand drawer would not stay closed, while you think this is a small thing to mention, it becomes a bother when the room is small. Lampshade has rips in it, furniture is beat up, walls are patched or scuffed. Grout is coming off in shower. No soap in the room. Everything seemed to be in desperate need of upgrade/replacement. We did not eat breakfast, but it looked like you could find a nibble of something to keep you going. If you walk in with no expectations, and just need a comfortable night's sleep, then there is Value here.

This was my 1st time to ever have been there. I thought it was great. Truthfully, I was impressed. From what I could see it's a well kept property. The rooms are nice & clean, you've got everything you need including a free breakfast buffet. (Which was good, btw) The only thing close to being a negative is our room was small.(But, it was still doable) No regrets. We will be staying there again.

My husband and I have been staying off. And on at the Best Western for over a year. Just after it was great. We never have any problems yet there was one. It was resolved fairly quickly during the recline. Although the ice machine is never good. Work. That really didn't bother us too much. Unfortunately last week We left in the morning and came back in the afternoon. To check in for our reservation, and we're told that we were no longer allowed to rent from them. And we're behind from the property. Shocked. My husband came outside and told me this which double shocked me. I went inside to speak with the girl with the desk myself and What's today's round that we're just not lot on the property. Never given a real reason why. Earlier that morning when we were packing one of the maids looked frightened our dog Molly, who is my husband's service dog, he's a disabled Combat Veteran from the First Gulf War, Molly did Nothing to cause this reaction to the maid Who had told my husband she been bitten by a dog when she was younger, which is why she was scared of dogs. My husband told the maid that he would never allow Molly to bite another person and would do everything in his power to prevent that from happening. Now, this is the only thing we can think of as to why we were banned from the property and the girl behind the desk insinuated as such to my husband. This is really upsetting to us because Molly has been staying with us off and on for the past year at the property. We've never had a problem with her before. She is a trained service dog for goodness sames. She's never barked or caused problems for other guests. She always goes and does her business off property and we clean it up regardless. But the girl, the front desk kept repeating that it was the general manager's decision. And he decided that we weren't allowed back on the property. It's unfortunate because we really like the staff there, they became like friends and the prices were decent, not to mention b the points we raked up that we will never use.

It is ok. The rooms are nice and clean for the price. Every time I have visited they gave me a room on the first floor. They have an annoying habit about 8am they vacuum the floor and you can hear it in your room. If you don't have a do not disturb up, housekeeping comes to your room at 8am. They don't just knock a couple of times and announce their entrance like in other hotels. They knock forever until they wake you up and you come to the door. Then you can't go back to sleep because of the loud vacuuming. I would recommend requesting a room on the upper floors if you are not a morning riser.

The only reason I give the rooms 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're of small. But other than that everything is fabulous. Clean rooms, soft beds, fluffy pillows and BREAKFAST ?Nearby activities: Fabulous nearby shopping at Baybrook Mall and only a short drive to Space Center Houston and Kemah Boardwalk.Food & drinks: Lots of nearby restaurants including BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse, Red Lobster, Lupe Tortilla, Escalate, La Madeline, Chipotle and more.

The room was disgusting and had dog puke on the floor despite there being a rule about no pets, the coffee machine and juice was broken/empty at breakfast. The hotel itself was dirty and it seemed like there was no AC in the halls upstairs.Rooms: They were disgusting and were booked without being cleaned.
