I have not been with Capital One for very long, as far as a bank account but I have had their credit cards for quite a while. I have always been very happy with the credit card so when I got unhappy with the last bank institution that I was with I decided that 2023 was gonna be the year that I made a better choice of banking partner. So far so good I'm very happy with Capital One!!!

Worst bank I've ever done business with. Not enough workers and the ones are here can't do anything without a phone call. My accounts were locked down for fraud concerns and after I went home and returned with all necessary paperwork they told me it would take 2 weeks for my account to unlock. I said what can I do they shrugged shoulders No manager available, they told me he would contact me I'm still waiting

Lazy workers. No one wants to actually work. I had to ask for help like 3 times. Do not come here! 0 stars if I could!

This review applies to the corporation, which has gone way downhill in the last decade. We have been with them for over 20 years and are at the point of moving elsewhere. The first major blow was right after Harvey, when they notified us that we had 30 days to empty our safe deposit boxes as they were getting out of the business. Bad timing! With difficulty we found another bank (much further away) that had boxes available. Then they dropped ATM cards in favor of Debit cards. For those who were not aware, your liability in the event of stolen Debit cards is much worse than with ATM cards. Now they charge for printing checks. When we joined we were assured that we would get free checks forever. Then they moved us to the 360 account, again without notice, which does not give free checks. Don't believe the adds which say No Fees! This organization clearly doesn't take care of long time customers and is moving for those with lesser needs. They are skimming the cream off the top and forgetting the basics.

I've had a personal account for years but I opened an llc with them. I was disappointed in the fact there was no one in the bank and I had to make an appt to come back the next day to open one. But I did and I'm good with the service I revived the next day

I went in on a Saturday. I wanted to open a new account, but I had a few questions that were not addressed in the application online. The teller staff addressed me as soon as I came in the door, they were polite and very helpful. I was assisted with all questions and she walked me through the whole process to set up, activate, and download my new account information. Thanks!

This location is great, we've had some issues with the credit card department and have come into this branch a few times in the last week or so and Karla has been amazing, she has given the best customer service I have received in a long time. If you ever need help I would defiantly suggest going to this branch.

I've never had a bad experience at this Capital One! Anytime I go, it is in the drive thru, but the employees have always been very helpful. I have my 360 savings here, as well as my son's, and hopefully soon one for my husband. Those accounts have the highest rate of return I have ever seen, even beating out all the credit unions! They even have it to where the interest in paid every month, rather than quarterly. It's like a little monthly incentive to save more and watch it grow. Their app makes it very easy to manage all the accounts, as well as my Quicksilver credit card. People ask where I have a good savings, and I always say give Cap One a try!

I pulled into the drive up window and grabbed the cylinder to put my deposit nt and the teller came over the intercom and asked me how can he help me. I said I was making a deposit. He asked if I had my debit card and I said yes and he said "we have an ATM for your convenience if you would like to use it. WTF....am I new. I know you have a ATM and since I am 52 I have known about them for a while. If I pull up to the drive up teller it's because that is what is convenient for me at that time. The ATM is only convenient for me when the bank is closed. Do you really think I am driving around and doing what is least convenient for me. The question is...will it be inconvenient for you to take my damn deposit and apply it to my account? I just opened this account and now I am moving it to Chase.

Capitol One has a Rewards Checking program, which drew me to this bank as some other banks are closing their rewards programs for non-credit card accounts. This is a good, helpful branch and I have had great service with my accounts.

Good customer service and you get .7% in your savings account opposed to most other banks as low as .1% or .2%.

I grew up banking with the big banks. Probably within the last 10 years I have HATED BOA, and pulled back on CHASE and WELLSFARGO, so I started giving some of my business to CapitalOne. They are big enough so that you can still find one within a few miles of wherever you are, but small enough that the people care. Overall, I like this location because the tellers are helpful and they have a huge lot. I recently opened up a few business accounts with them and it goes by pretty smooth. The teller has cool little games to keep customers entertained while he does paperwork.
