Would really not recommend making any travel bookings through capital one. If you need to change anything on the reservation you're always told they can't help you, and to call the hotel/airline who in turn will tell you to call capital one because they also can't alter your booking.

I've been with Capital One for over 10 years! I have always experienced kindness and been assisted by knowledgeable staff. They closed the bank closest to me in League City, TX and I almost changed banks. I'm glad I decided to stay!

I will never bank with capital one again. They closed my checking account for receiving zelle payments from a law enforcement business for work. Then After 10 years they canceled my credit cards with no missed payments for no reason. All within 2 weeks. Stay far away from capital one.

Utter incompetence combined with haughty, unfriendly attitudes. I like how they can't distinguish between the "pay to" and the address on a check, SMH! The tellers need more training on their jobs AND how to treat customers, since their parents obviously didn't teach them how to act around other people.

I have not been with Capital One for very long, as far as a bank account but I have had their credit cards for quite a while. I have always been very happy with the credit card so when I got unhappy with the last bank institution that I was with I decided that 2023 was gonna be the year that I made a better choice of banking partner. So far so good I'm very happy with Capital One!!!

Worst bank I've ever done business with. Not enough workers and the ones are here can't do anything without a phone call.My accounts were locked down for fraud concerns and after I went home and returned with all necessary paperwork they told me it would take 2 weeks for my account to unlock. I said what can I do they shrugged shoulders No manager available, they told me he would contact meI'm still waiting

I had my identity stolen courtesy of Capital One opening new accounts under my name and on-line with no more identification required by them than my SS Number and address (obtained on the "Dark Web" apparently). The first indication that something was amiss was when a new Capital One debit card arrived in our US mail. The local Police are now involved and it seems that there are ~70 of my fellow citizens in town with the same identity theft predicament. It must be said that Capital One's employees at the local branch were very nice, helpful and apologetic when I came to them with my problem. I received good advice from them but no help in identifying the perpetrator.

/No appreciation, been banking with them for along time...no /professionalism. I drop my inheritance in and no thanks....put my card and ID with NO envelope. Sad....that's a first for me. Whelp on to the next...Carissa...no help....told me over the phone no bank manager available(Yikes)then yells at me saying it was not her instead of resolving the problem. AVA was the teller in front that said "you didn't try online" again sorry I'm not rich...my dad passed away and that "sum" of money is a lot to me....guess it wasn't enough for her...then she said..."oh i was not trying to be like WHATEVER.!!!!!!!!!" My husband has banked there for years. He tried to cash a check that someone else wrote him. One of the bank employees had added on an extra 0 to the check when putting it into their system. HE corrected the employee who input the wrong amount. After several days, he went to the bank today to check why the check was on hold. They accused him of fraud and he had to embarrass himself by calling the person who wrote the check to prove to the bank they in fact did write the check to him in the correct amount. What an AWFUL and humiliating experience!
