Been there 3 times & had the WORST experience each time!!!!!!!!!! First time had to withdrawal money ,but had to go to rest room first, they REFUSED to let me use it because ONLY for employees, referred me to HEB. Came another time to check balance but I hadn't memorized my account number & teller refused to take my driver's license & look it up,then went in to get cashier's check & stood in line a great while because only ONE teller,AGAIN !! teller wouldn't help me or even go out of her way to help,not even that SO CALLED DOOR GREETER was a help!!!!
Had to run to FRIENDSWOOD Chase on fm 528 THEY ARE HELPFUL!!!!!!!! THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS to help anyone!!!!!!!!
Never AGAIN will I go to Gatebrook location,.

Had such an please experience.
I arrived and awaited my 4:30p appt. I made it way early due to leaving work earlier than expected.
I was greeted after the employee completed a conversation with another customer. She said she'd see if there was anyone else that could see me sooner. Thankfully, there was. She was knowledgeable in the matter that I needed assistance with.
Both of the ladies had great customer service skills and made me feel welcomed, considering I looked like a tired dog 🤣.

I'm disappointed with this location, nice tellers inside but the ATM never works. Had to drive several miles to Friendswood to make a deposit. Why close the other chase locations and open this one where there is no drive thru and the ATM is always out? Definitely thinking of finding a new bank.

Layout is so confusing. There's no drive thru, so I have to stand in the lobby with a dangerous amount of cash waiting for one of the only TWO available clerks to process my transaction, which by the way, they are hidden facing away from the entrance. For Safety? Maybe?

The ATM is so high, I had to open my door to reach it. And then more than half the time the touch screen refused to take my actions. It was very difficult to operate and then asked if I needed more time. This was after my check was already in the ATM. After multiple pushes of YES I need more time, it finally worked.

The front door is a joke, I have only been able to gain access once with my debit card. Waiting in a long line because the door doesn’t open is a waste of our time. Closing branches close to me and now this is making me rethink banking with chase
