Always excellent service and fully functional when finished. Have only been using their service for 37+ years, and about a dozen vehicles. Have recommended them to at least 15 or so families and several businesses. Try them - you will like them.

I have been coming here for years for routine maintenance and one day I had a huge coolant leak. I took my truck in and Tim was extremely helpful! He found the parts quickly and got my car back to me in no time and better than before!

This shop did unnecessary and unagreed maintenance on my car. They did a scam and charged me 4 times more than initially stated. I dropped off my car for a $90 ac actuator inspection of blending hot and cold air. I called the shop at 5:30pm and was told that the mechanic has left at 5pm without inspecting my car. At 6pm I got a quote of $400 for checking leak for the ac. Without doing the $90 actuator inspection they decided to extend to a $400 leak inspection on ac that I had not asked for. At the end the issue was the actuator and instead of charging $90 they had decided to fix ac gas pressure for $400. I don’t trust and recommend this shop and how they handle business.

My check engine 🚗 light came on,i pulled in, i was there maybe 5 minutes and a nice guy came out and put a digital reader on car and I took a photo, then I was outta there. Super fast and really nice. Girl at counter and guy,very nice and on the ball.

Tim was very professional and communicative during the time my car was in the shop. He listened to my concerns and believed me when they initially did not see the issue and insisted they keep looking. They were honest about the amount of labor spent on the repairs and even reimbursed me for the time not used! That's never happened before! Top notch customer service! They are my car people!!!

I contacted this business on a Saturday to inquire about their services and schedule an appointment. They gave me a date and time, quoting $228 for an oil change and $140 for a coolant flush. The oil change price was way too high for me, so I ended up going to Grand Slam, where I got it done with MobileOne for $108. It seems local businesses can’t compete with franchise pricing.
I did go ahead with the coolant flush, though. When I arrived, they claimed I wasn’t on the schedule—completely undermining the point of calling ahead. But I let it slide. They provided a shuttle for me, so I thought everything was fine, until they sent me a quote for $300. I ended up getting the work done at the dealer for a little over half that price.
I understand pricing can be tough for local shops, but if you don’t prioritize my business or give me a reason to stay, I’m not going to stick around. Also, communicate.. When you schedule an appointment make sure you enter it on the books. Honestly, I should’ve charged them for wasting my time. I gave them one star, but if I could give zero, I would. Save yourself the trouble—they’ll either waste your time or gouge you for their services.

Quick, explained everything really well - even to me as someone who knows nothing about cars, very friendly.
Had to bring my old car back in for an unrelated issue. They did such a good job the first time I knew immediately I'd return for this new issue. Tim went above and beyond even staying late once to continue explain the repairs necessary. I highly recommend

Was super nice about helping me replace my headlight. Had stopped at a few places before them and either was told they couldn’t or nobody was in the shop. Very little wait as well.

Never think you’re smarter than your mechanic. This is an honest business. I had my doubts but they came through for me. They returned my car so nice and clean I hardly recognized it lol.

Very disappointed in this place. My first time there was cool, pricy but good and they did good work. Second time I went back, I waited an hour for tire wheel balance and it was never done. It was "Oh I thought they had your truck" ..but no other customer was in the shop. My third attempt was my last straw. They went from charging $89 per item you need them to look at . For example if you need your brakes and fuel line looked at it would be $89 to look at brakes and $89 to look a line. Now they have absolutely lost touch with society and what is going on. They now change $165 JUST TO TELL YOU WHAT WRONG WITH ONE THING. I got my vehicle towed from this shop to "TEXAN'S AUTO REPAIR & COLLSION".To think this placed wanted to changed $165 for look at one thing +$130 for the tow there. $295 and don't even have a diagnostic yet, versus the bill I paid At Texan's auto repair $431 included diagnostic/Parts/labor/tow. I recommend going to TEXAN'S AUTO REPAIR & COLLISION . This place is a Total rip off with good personalities. DON'T RECOMMEND this place

This place is slow and horrible. My husband took in his car here and made his replace his whole engine… then he had to come back because they didn’t install it properly and now it’s been in the shop for almost 3 months. They don’t give him a solid and clear answer why it’s talking them so long to fix it. They just give a generic oh “we don’t know what’s wrong” answer. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Awesome people and service. I have been coming here for a couple of years. They are all great, but Tim always goes out of his way to help me. I can’t say how much I appreciate that. So thrilled I found them when I did.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Tim has THE BEST customer service. Everyone is super friendly. They’re reasonable priced and do great work. They stay busy because they have a great reputation. Highly recommend!
