The pool is not a regular pool they call it a cold pool here we've never heard of a cold pool can tell you it's 92 outside the pool is freezing lol

The rooms are great, breakfast is also great.the check in service is friendly. I don't like that we have visited more than one time over a year and the hot tub never works. This time two individuals from housekeeping asked us at 9:00 am and 10:15 am if we were ready to check out. When check out is at 11:00 am.

Great hotel. It was immaculately clean and the professionalism from the staff was on point. Definitely my go to hotel when I’m in the area. Thanks I will be back soon!
