Guy in here will lie to you, manipulate you, and sell stuff you don't need. Big white dude, you cannot trust him. Cost me an extra $100 this month because he changed my plan without even asking. Plus I got a random $40 charge a week after purchasing the phone. No answer as to what for. Also completely lied and said all phones are changing to USB to USB imports in the actual phone just so I'd buy another charger. Guess what, it is not USB to USB. He lied specifically to get me to pay for the accessories. Absolute con! Then when you go to customer service, they talk you into cutting the line. Why? Bc they cannot fullfil a refund to you after cutting the line. It's a set up from the start. Clare is cool though, she would have never done this to me.

I had the best experience ever at his cricket location. Deniz and Destiny were so helpful and fixed my phone. They went above and beyond In customer service. Highly recommend this location with those two ladies.

Went in to do a port in. Ms Kiran and Ms Denise both helped out. Very kind, very professional. This is my 2nd time working with Ms Kiran, and she's just as great this time as last time. If you need help with your phone or account, come here. Don't waste your time at the NASA location.
