Sorry ladies but after we find out this we get disappointed. Came with my mother to replace her phone and get a new one, we got a phone that did not have the price marked there for some reason that and another one were the only two motorolas they had. After choosing one they offered us screen protector, case and a charger because this phone does not come with charger.. sounded weird but oh well they had a deal of buying 2 accesories get third one free or something, well the phone is dead now and when we open the box of the charger is different of the actually cable that the phone has now I had to give her the right cable, because of the lack of knowledge of having a type-C with USB cable and selling a charger with only type c ports. Please for future customers make sure you sell the customers the right accessories without assumptions. Everything else went good we hope that the phone is also good. Unfortunately she is leaving tomorrow out of the country and the solution for me was giving her another cable type C on both side in order for her to use that charger bought.

Cielo was awesome and very patient with me and helped with everything that I needed and before she got to me she was helping another customer and was being so patient with him and trying to help him figure out his issue!!! She was so niceee. Anyways I walked out buying 2 new phones for me and my daughter and this was the best experience I've had at cricket stores around the area. I really appreciate Cielo ? ? ?

If I could give zero stars I would.Went by the NASA and El Camino location to inquire about a line on my account and purchasing a new IPhone 11. The woman I believe her name was Lamar, that was there at the time was absolutely useless.When I first walked in there was no one in the lobby area or behind the counter. I waited a few minutes before she came out the back of the office. As she was walking out she asked if anyone has helped me, which was pointless question cause it seemed like she was the only one there. So how could someone help me if she just came from the back of the office.On top of that as she approached me asking me that question not once did she look up from her personal phone and acknowledge me or look me in the eye. I proceeded to ask her a few question about the insurance transferring over to a new phone, which she seem to not have knowledge about. Or maybe she wasn't sure what I was asking because she was more focused on her personal phone which she continued to look down at from time to time while holding it in her hand and still talking or attempting to talk to me. However, she was eager to hand me the brochure for the Cricket protection plan and tell me that I needed to call them to file a claim.I then asked her if Cricket offers upgrades to their long term customers and she told me "no". I then asked her again if there is any discounted upgrades for long term customers for Apple products. She went behind the counter looked at a paper and then said again "no".Knowing that she did not ask me for any of my account information I was confused as to how she was able to answer me so quickly, with a "no". I asked her how long she had been working with Cricket and she said since November. Which I found to be very surprising cause she did not seem to be knowledgeable on anything I asked her. The reason could be that she was too focused on whatever was more important on the phone she still had in her hand and continued to look down at off and on while talking to me. Her focus should have been on her customer and the service she was not providing at the time.I had a feeling something was not right so I called another location in League City and the young lady Adriana answered all my questions, looked up my account and discovered the line I was inquiring about was eligible for an upgrade. Unfortunately she did not have the iPhone 11 I wanted at her location and I ended up having to log in to my account and order online.I refused to go back to the location on NASA where I knew an 11 was available. Knowing that Lamar was the only person I physically saw at the NASA location I was not going to be assisting her in achieving any of her sales goals. As long as she is at that location I will not be returning there for service. Which is really sad because this location is literally 2 minutes away from my job.I have been a customer with Cricket for over 20yrs now and this is the first time I felt the need to write up a bad review. Super disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Adriana should be awarded for doing her due diligence and picking up the slack where Lamar failed.
