I have had my family prescription at this pharmacy for the past 20 years and has not encountered a single time the rudeness some clients are telling on this forum. The pharmacy techs, the pharmacy manger and the clerks were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. The coin always has two sides and not all customers were brought up with common courtesy.

Don’t try to place a script order over the phone. It takes forever to get connected and then u never speak to real person u have to leave a voicemail. And when the pharmacy calls back they won’t leave a message or call you back if u miss the call.
I live in Pearland and can get to the store quicker than getting my message through the phone. Such a shame.

Again today I was treated like a VIP. I’m always greeted with a smile . Debbie the assistant manager( I always thought she was the store manager) knew exactly where to find an item for me . She always helps me get the full benefit of my rewards . I save so much money . Hao the pharmacist and her crew always say hello to me . Very helpful if I have any questions regarding medication . They are the very best . And share their servants heart and passion every day .

The employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as kind and courteous. The store appearance was better than it has been in a long time. Every time I enter this CVS, I truly have a great shopping experience and I tell all my friends and family to come to my CVS. I can not recommend y'all enough.

Do not recommend the PHARMACY section as they are VERY disrespectful and only care about clocking out.
Take your business elsewhere and if you need advice on where, there a WALGREENS right across the train tracks. They're very helping and friend and WILL ABSOLUTELY wait on you when the timing is tough.

Guy was very rude in the pharmacy area, hung up in my face when I was letting him know my prescription delivery fees were supposed to get waved. I called back and now I’m on hold forever. If you don’t like your job find another, people need their medication.
