Guy was very rude in the pharmacy area, hung up in my face when I was letting him know my prescription delivery fees were supposed to get waved. I called back and now I’m on hold forever. If you don’t like your job find another, people need their medication.

Megan in the pharmacy was absolutely the most helpful person and I was thankful that she took her time to help us find the best pricing and fastest way to get a medication our insurance didn’t cover. Even though the medication would be arriving late she took her time to transfer the prescription to another CVS and called me back with confirmation. We had so much trouble with our doctor and many phone calls. She took time to help us when no one else would.

I love this CVS. I feel like they have improved greatly over the last couple years. The hurricane and then the pandemic hit hard, the store flooded pretty bad, and for a while it seemed like they were understaffed and inundated, but they've done a great job taking care of the community through it all and seem to have a solid staff now. I always get reminder calls to pick up my meds. They give options and a heads up if insurance doesn't cover something or there's a less expensive option to ask my doc about. They are friendly, professional, and quick.

So ghetto and rude and they are lazy they do not help customers at all waited 15 minutes for an employee to get out of the office they kept gossiping and me and some ladies got tired or waiting we left.

The Pharmacy service is absolutely horrible. I called today to check on my prescriptions as I was not notified they were ready like I normally am. They were ready so I had my boyfriend run over and get them. I am not feeling well so I needed to start them tonight. I called the pharmacy and told them he was on his way and asked if they could wait. She admitted they close before 8pm. I asked if they could wait until 8 (the time they are supposed to close) and she begrudgingly said yes. He was there at 8 on the dot and they were already locked up. What’s the point of having hours if you aren’t going to keep them.

I went to get my medication from pharmacy. The lady name ‘Kathryn’, was so rude. She helped the other person first who came after me. I was like it’s fine. Then, when it was my turn. She started talking to me so rude. When she was checking my medication out for pay I told her I’ve a discount code that I’m going to use for my medication. She started getting mad saying ‘oh, I have to do this again’. I was like okay, but when she started explaining to me still in a rude way how to use the discount code she took my card, looked at it & throw it away. She said I’ve to do by myself then she said it’s going to take long I’ve other customers too. Even tho there was another employer to help the other customers too. So, I didn’t used my discount card because that was just not right. I was there just to get my medication, that’s not how you treat people when they paying from their pocket & still talking to you nice even when you were rude.

This is the last time I use this CVS. The last 4 times I’ve been here they’ve been completely incompetent with my prescriptions and it’s almost impossible to leave here with your prescription without some issue on their end usually due to pure ignorance by the pharmacy staff.

Be careful, this location will charge you for a cvs carepass without your knowledge and will have to dispute it with you bank. Very disappointed.

Called to ck on pets rx. on hold with pharmacy for over 15 minutes. called back to front of store. The lady transferred to pharmacy and said they would answer right away. I was on hold over 8 minutes that time. Called back for store manager. No answer at all. Sorriest service possible.

Took child for COVID test. Tech said they would send a link to create an accout, then add child, then see results. Link never sent. Create mychart aacount on my own, now way to add child, no help section, no FAQs. We have no way to get the results. HORRIBLE! Would not recommend CVS to anyone.
