I love this pharmacy in the Clear Lake area. Arthur the pharmacist is so attentive and very friendly with the clients. I love the fact that he will not let you run out of your medicine if it's left up to him. He will let you know exactly when your medicine will be available. Keep up the awesome work Arthur. I don't want to forget to mention that the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly as well. Their welcome is wonderful upon your entry.

I had a wonderful experience with DeliverIt Pharmacy at Clear Lake. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my medications. Their delivery service is fast and reliable, which is a huge convenience. Overall, they provide excellent personalized care and make the whole pharmacy experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The best! I'm so happy to have this pharmacy! They take care of me and my family. They are personable and know us by name. I wouldn't go anywhere else and never back to the cold and uncaring Walgreens or CVS

I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and was prescribed antibiotics and Prednisone to start taking immediately, this pharmacy took 4 days to deliver my antibiotics and one week to deliver my Prednisone, I almost had to go to the hospital to be treated as an inpatient because of that delay, if I could give them zero stars I would. I changed pharmacies and recommend you do too

BEWARE: They don’t answer the phone, when they do, they only answer to tell you to hold and they never come back. Called 12 times Thursday, called 14 times Friday, called 3 times so far today (Monday) my calls end up going to a voice mail that is full. Someone answered twice out of the 29 calls and I was asked to hold, then after holding for about 10 minutes the call rolls to a message that invites you to leave a message, but then tells you that the voicemail box is full….This makes it impossible to get my meds delivered, or to even just check on the cost. Terrible pharmacy. Will no longer use them.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. My family and I normally use CVS but one of my father’s medications is hard to get ahold of so we decided to check out deliver it after seeing some positive reviews. Our experience has been anything but positive. For the last few months the staff has been very rude on the phone, and they have even blocked the CVS (on 96) store number so the pharmacist over there can’t get ahold of them regarding my fathers medication. The pharmacist at CVS is a good friend of mine and had to use her personal cell phone to get them to pick up. For days we have been trying to transfer a medication back to our original pharmacy and not only did the pharmacy technicians at deliver it say it was taken care of multiple times (it was not) but CVS even tried to reach out today to help us and they were put on hold for 20 minutes… and deliver it hung up the phone right at 5 pm without saying a word. As a healthcare provider myself, I am extremely disappointed. Do better.

I used Deliverit Pharmacy Clear Lake for the first time 11/2023. The pharmacist Arthur and nurse Valery were incredibly nice, helpful, and worked extremely fast to get all my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. I thought getting my prescription transferred and filled would take 3 to 5 days. Late Monday evening I called nurse Valery with my information and medications to be transferred. Before 8:15am Tuesday morning I received a personal text AND phone call from Arthur the pharmacist that my medications were ready for pick-up.All my family members will be transferring their medications to Deliverit Clear Lake.Thanks for the great customer service!-Glen

Tired of big box pharmacy’s that have lost all customer service post pandemic though they were already lacking to begin with such as 24/7 ‘s Rx’s then DELIVER IT has been a SOS…This location is inside Clearlake Specialties that I also recommend 200% especially for those with older Spanish mommas with high numbers but swear they only eat once a day …. But fail to say that once a day was at the local All U An Eat Buffett…Back to Deliver it… All staff including pharmacists are always eager to help, especially when dealing with doctors writing in the original emoji language, with a hello, smile, and addressing you by name that I fee like family. To add to their array of myriad services …. THEY DELIVER FOR FREE …. OMG… None of that waiting in lines with Karen’s asking for managers…. Have family with more medications than we have fingers all with scattered refill dates? Or being minimized by big box stores with waiting periods that have stretched for over a week ?… Not here Deliver-It does just that …DELIVERS IT out the door to your home!

I really love using Deliverit Pharmacy. The manager Arthur is kind and informative and I always feel like my needs mater to every staff person I’ve encountered. Communication and compassion are really really great when you’re dealing with chronic medical issues and your pharmacy team sees you more than anyone else. Thanks guys! Dr.Smith Williams took the time to explain my prescriptions to me. She is very well informed. The store is clean and staff members are friendly. I felt like they treated me like family, caring and patient.
