I've had a couple pairs of shoes fixed here now and they did a superior job on both! They look brand new. This is definitely my go-to place for any shoe repair needs!

I should have written this earlier in the Summer, but it's been a bit crazy with young kiddos. So, we had set up a camping trip to do this summer with quite a bit of hiking, and I remembered less than a week before leaving that my hiking shoes were coming apart and needed repair. I took them in, and they agreed to rush the repair, so that I could have them before my trip. Well, with all the packing and planning, I forgot to pick them up the morning before we left. I didn't realize it until after they had closed. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. So, I tried a shot in the dark and emailed the owners to see if they were perhaps still there. It wasn't too long after closing hours. I waited for about 30 min for a response, but then decided to head to Academy to buy new shoes. While there in the shoe aisle not really seeing an equivalent, I get a phone call and don't recognize the number. I answer it, and it's the shop owner. He apparently saw my email after mowing his lawn. He emailed me back, but after not hearing a response, he DROVE back in to get my phone number on the ticket to call and let me know I could pick them up. Just above and beyond customer service. It was such a kind gesture. I definitely plan to take all my shoes to them! Please give them your business as well.

I brought my booties in to replace a lost heel expecting to come back for them in a week. After learning I had made a long-distance trip for my errands, the owner kindly offered to have the work done that same day. He saved me a trip, and my shoes look great!

This store "repaired" my shoes by attaching rubber soles and gluing them on. I was charged $70.00, and the soles began coming off in less than two days. Not sure what kind of glue was used. When I asked for my money back, the store refused even a partial refund. I would not recommend this store to anyone for shoe repair.

I bought a pair of boots I thought were impossible to get fixed up but the gentleman at this shop can literally do anything. It was one heck of a job and he charged me a more than fair price . He was very kind and had a plan from the very beginning to fix my lovely boots . I couldn’t recommend a place more than this one !

I went here after buying blue Jean thigh high boots.. I couldn’t fit up my legs..long story short this place was a blessing..they fixed my boots and I know it wasn’t a easy job..This man worked a miracle this place is a rare gem.. the work was superb on my boots..I highly recommend this place..forever grateful…

I had a bowling shoe in need of repair. It's not the first time I've had a bowling shoe repaired. This place repaired my shoe in a very timely manner and I honestly think it was better than when it was new. I highly recommend this business. Besides the owners are wonderful people.

I took a pair of shoes there are few months ago. The heal couldn't be glued back but they said that could stitch it. Top quality and a GREAT price!!! Couldn't be happier!!!
