I shopped at the Webster, Texas DXL. Both Jamie & Benjamin were a tremendous help. The store had a great variety of very modern clothes, ranging from shorts, casual shirts, shoes, jeans, dress pants/shirts, accessories & suits, as well. The store & service I received exceeded my expectations. I purchased a blazer & jeans yesterday, then returned today for a second blazer. Great store, great service!!!

The staff was super helpful. My son was a bit intimidated at first but once they helped him with his measurements he was confident. Thank you to the staff for all their help. We will absolutely keep shopping here going forward!!

The clothes here are a little over priced and the staff was just talking to themselves and really didn't help that much. I only went here because I had a discount code to get some clothes that are a little hard to find in other stores.

Took my Son here for the first time yesterday and what a great selection of Big and Tall sizes. The clothes are great quality and very fashionable. My son loved it we will be shopping here moving forward bc he does not like tight little clothing like most teens. Hahaha! Ben the sales representative introduced his self to us as soon as we walked in and helped us get a lot of great items he was so professional, nice, informative, and helpful. We appreciate you so much Ben and we will be back to see you soon!!!

I get married in a month and I was not sure where I was going to go to find my shirt but stopping at DXL was the best decision I made. Huge thanks to Dante, he was very kind and patient. I’m a huge person on customer service and he was Top Notch. He was with me every bit of the way, and constantly (not obnoxiously) circled back around to make sure that I was finding everything OK. The way Dante takes care of customers is the way EVERY store should be training their employees to make sure the customers are taken care of and happy!

I actually don't shop here because of their policy concerning not taking expired rewards. That being said, I reluctantly stopped in today and was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from a lady named either Camdon or Camron. After my interaction with her today, DXL has moved up the list of places I will look for cloths from 6th to about 3rd. I'm still salty, but I always appreciate people who are good at what they do.
