If I could give them 0 ⭐️ I will. Awful customer service, order was 5 hours late, the fruit was mushy, the chocolate melted and the balloon was deflated (it was not a birthday balloon as I requested either). Tried calling the store on the same day for over an hour and nobody ever answered. I tried calling the next day and someone finally answered 3 hours after I kept trying. She gave me an email to file my complaint to get a refund and nobody ever replied back. This was on 3/12/24 today is 3/15/2024 and no one has replied back or contacted me. I will NEVER be buying anything from this store. Do not recommend at ALL.

Too lazy to deliver a cake that was ordered 5 days in advance.Gave them two days to deliver it and couldn't do that.

I wish my dear friend read these reviews before ordering from this location. She ordered a birthday cake and balloons on Wednesday for a Sunday delivery but I never received them. They didn't show out for delivery until after 4pm and then it showed deliveried which it was NOT! I have cameras like most people. You bet she will get her money back.Is seems this location needs to be shut down. Y'all have ruined enough people's special days

I received someone else’s delivery and card for Valentines Day which was significantly cheaper than what was ordered for me. But the worst part was that No one would answer the phone for me to tell them so I was stuck with some other ladies valentine and I can only assume she didn’t receive the beautiful card that was written for her because they gave it to me!

This is the first time I have ordered from the establishment. All I can say is how disappointed I am in the presentation for a birthday order. They could have at least wrapped some cellophane around it. What I paid for it would certainly cover the cost.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service.Delivery of a fruit arrangement and a vase of flowers was scheduled for Valentine's Day, but did not occur. I left several voicemails and requested a refund via their web portal that evening when it was clear that delivery would not be made. Instead, the items showed up mid-day the next day. I have called the local shop 5+ times and left 2 voicemails, with no answer and no reply. I called the corporate office, who then transferred me to a shop in Pasadena because apparently the Webster location won't answer the phone for them either. When requesting the refund via the web interface, I was told that the local shop would be reaching out to me, which has not happened.I paid a premium for the fruit and flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. If that can't happen, then I'm not interested in paying for wildly overpriced fruit and flowers the day after Valentine's Day.

I placed two online orders. One delivered from the Fairmont location in Pasadena Texas and it was beautiful. The other came from the Webster location on hwy 3. The order was late and was not what I ordered. The delivery guy was extremely rude to the person receiving gift when he called her and then to know it was not what ordered and paid for. I have left emails and several voicemails to the store and still have heard not one word from the store. I would not ever recommend using this store. They are very unprofessional.

Ordered and paid on Jan 22 for a valentines day delivery. Got home from work to find they have not delivered. Called three times in a row and sat on hold until it auto hung up.Checked the website tracker for my order and they have not started it. Do not waste your time or money. Glad I ordered ahead to beat the rush.Do not trust them to do anything. Do not trust these good reviews. I will never trust any location again.

I sent this message to the store on 10/27/23 line and the survey, and called the store and still no resolution.Greeting's Store #1063,I spent much time searching for the Peace & Dove edible bouquet arrangement with GRAPES in it. Mrs Scha husband died last week. This is her favorite to put a smile on her face. The fruit arrangement was delivered an hour ago WITH OUT ANY GRAPES and barely any strawberries. I expect that you deliver what i paid fo r. I mentioned the the grapes to her several times. She sent me a picture of the arrangement which cleaely DOES NOT HAVE ANY GRAPES. It was literally a melon basket with few peace doves.I've called and left a voicemail and waiting to hear from the manager. I just called again waiting in line going in circle with their automated system and one ever calls back.

Placed a $190+ online order on a Tuesday to be delivered on Friday. I quickly called to see if we could deliver on Thursday instead and was told no problem. Thursday and Friday both came and went. Called all day both days and no one answered the phone. Physically went into the location on Saturday and they didn’t seem to have any answers for why they don’t answer the phone or why my order never delivered other than the driver only answers the phone and hasn’t shown up the last couple days. No plans to call and let me know that they weren’t delivering my order. The only upside is they let me cancel my order and I got my refund pretty promptly. Beware if you actually want customer service or your order. I would have expected a lot more from a national company like this. I guess it all depends on the location/franchise owner.

This location does NOT deliver, same day delivery or any delivery does not exist at this location. Don’t waste your money. Probably will never get a refund for the $15 delivery fee. We had to go pick it up ourselves.

Do NOT order online! Placed order on Thursday for a Friday delivery. Nothing was delivered. Called over 10 times Saturday without any response. Drove to store to find it nearly empty with a sole employee trying her best with ZERO fruit to be able to fill my order! Save your self the hassle until management sorts their issues!!! Frustrating. Now to await a refund on a $75 order. Do better Edible arrangements!

Husband ordered over 30 hours before delivery. On delivery day he called 10 times, no answer. He had to go to the store and pick it up and deliver it himself. It was to be shared with everyone at my work and be a surprise. Pretty sure everyone at work thinks I'm selfish now as it was delivered BY MY HUSBAND himself, 5 minutes before I got off and I got a huge edible arrangement and didn't have time to share. Do not order from this location, you will regret it. Horrible service and we should have gotten a discount, but they offered nothing.
