Very nice dealership. I love that it's still family owned. Amazing cars in the showroom and staff was very friendly. Michael Bardolasa was laid back, open, and honest with everything and Brooke Parrish was friendly and transparent in options for the warranty and financing. Glad to have used them for my first dealership experience.

Eammons redefined the dealership experience for me. I called to see if a 2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport was available. I spoke to Eduardo. Super cool never pushy and very respectful salesman. Upon arrival I was greeted by everyone which was a nice surprise. I asked to speak to Eduardo and I said 2015 IS350 F Sport. Without any hesitation he said ill go grab it for you right now. Direct and straight to the point. After being severely disappointed in a white one located at a big name dealership. Eammons really outshined with the representation of the lexus online compared to in person. It looked even better in person. After agreeing to purchasing the car. I met with the sales manager. We spoke about the Astros and other things more than the car itself. Which was a pleasing conversation. I knew the price I knew I was approved and he just came in to introduce himself direct human contact. Nice for a change in this digital world. After meeting with him I spoke with the finance manager. This is where the experience went from good to amazing. Nobody ever judged me for my face tattoos not 1 single person. The finance manager and I have generational gap but same hobbies we flew through the finance part we both knew and have experience in that part so I knew what all that was about. Everything was digital no thick paperwork to drag along home. Thank God. And my signed document was handed to me on a USB storage. Made the experience cooler lol. But I actually stayed for a few mins longer speaking with the finance manager about our hobbies. Great experience 20% is buying 80% is pleasing conversation and person to person genuine experience. 100% will be my car dealer from now on. And I repeat. Their car was a night and day difference from the other big dealership. Theirs was in horrendous condition. Thank you Eammons and thank you Eduardo.

Not really happy about how the finance Manager or who ever it is that is in charge of letting people Test drive cars. Regardless, if I am a customer that comes in to look and test drive cars. You don’t turn down someone who could possibly buy a car from you. Plus to make things worse, this is possibly my second time of trying to buy a car from this company. Had a Chance back in 2018 when they had a 2012 Toyota RAV4 V6 Limited with 25,000. They wanted to sell the car at that time for $21,000 which was over kill. Prior to Harvey the dealership moved from Shafer Pasadena area to 528 location. That RAV4 sat on their lot for 6 months, still didn’t drop the price when I came. I ask them three times and still no budge. Went off and bought my first car from Carmax! Years later, I visit them again and was test driving and doing research on cars that could be my second car. All of a sudden now y’all want to say no more test drives. Like I explained to my salesman I know exactly who deciding this issue. They just lost me as a buyer. I could have walked in and bought a car right off the bat. But they don’t see it. You don’t turn down someone. But it’s a lost cause. Done tried twice with this company. I don’t like the fact that you have to do in house financing with them. They don’t allow buyers orders from other banks. Probably the main reason their cars still on the lot for weeks. And what is funny, they buy cars off of Carmax and other companies and from the auctions. (I will say this my Salesman Michael Bardolasa was very professional and he took care of me as a customer. The way a customer should. I give him a 5 stars and want to thank him for helping me with all the Test drives and for be patient.) But The finance Manager! Not so much! Too busy trying to get sales! And I bet if I did run my credit they would stick me with a high interest rate and jack up the price with their sales items! I am done dealing with this Dealership! Don’t seem like they want my business regardless if someone comes to look or test drive cars! Plenty of other dealers that will give me a chance! All they had to do was let me drive the car I was looking at today! Bet if I was another race and buying a sports car they would roll out the red carpet very well since they see dollar signs! Y’all loss! No matter if it’s a No Haggle Price dealership!

I recently had a subpar experience at Emmons dealership during my initial attempt to purchase a vehicle. Upon reflection, I acknowledge that I made some mistakes as a first-time buyer, which may have contributed to the outcome. However, I ultimately decided not to move forward with the purchase.
Subsequently, I had a vastly different experience at Clear Lake VW, which highlighted the disparity in sales approaches and financing processes between the two dealerships. At Emmons, Josue Rodriguez had me feel rushed and pressured, with a focus on expediting a sale rather than identifying the right vehicle for my needs. The financing management team also left a negative impression, appearing more focused on maximizing profit than providing transparent and fair terms.
I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience, and I hope that Emmons will consider revisiting their sales and financing strategies to better serve customers.

Excellent customer service. Excellent choices on vehicles. This was our our fifth car from this company and all the experiences have been excellent. Steve Verizzi has been the salesman on our last 3 purchases and he has been very accommodating and informative about the cats, financing etc. Worked with us to make sure we were happy with the purchase. I would recommend asking for him when considering a vehicle to buy!

Best buying experience we’ve ever had. We spent 4 months looking for a new vehicle and Michael at Emmons was the ONLY sales person who didn’t pressure us, raise our blood pressure or treat us like a dollar sign. He genuinely cared about what type of vehicle we were looking for, showed us every car we asked about and when we didn’t buy he was still just as kind. He never pushed or tried to sell us something we didn’t want. He asked us what we were looking for and told us he’d keep an eye out. When a van popped up we wanted to look at I messaged him and he was on it!
Again never trying to sell just trying to help. He gave us our space to discuss and look, was positive and answered any questions we had. No other sales person in the surrounding Houston area even came close to his kindness and willingness to help. We bought the van for two reasons, it was exactly what we wanted and because of how Michael treated us!
The entire staff at Emmons was fantastic and genuinely cared about us as family and our buying experience. Unless something happens and we can’t we will be purchasing from Emmons now on.
