FedEx has been holding my 2 packages hostage for over a week now because their facilities cannot be bothered to pick up packages from their drop boxes, again, for over a week when this drop box is supposed to be picked up at 5:15 EVERY DAY. I have no way of accessing my packages that are in Fedex's custody. We will no longer be using this company. BEWARE

Packaged showed delayed to incomplete paperwork. I called the 800 number, person told me to contact the shipper for their store number so FedEx could file a report. This isn’t my fault FedEx lost/damaged/stole my package. They should contact the shipper. Then they proceeded to inform they will not proceed until I do.
I contacted the shipper and they told me it’s between me and FedEx “it’s out of their hands”. WTH!!

When FedEx arrived in northern Ireland they told me the police was looking $100 from them insurance fee apparently. They said they put there drugs to keep them awake in my parcel. Seller give them $80 they wouldn't except. Never received my parcel. They took the parcel back to America I never received a refund from sender. Total scam. FedEx send me pictures of police and there lorry. I have everything on emails.

Lying about a delivery attempt on a next day delivery. I have cameras and no one ever attempted to deliver. This is not the first time. Going to start requesting another courier than FedEx. Sick and tired of the games their lazy delivery drivers play and supervisors who don’t do anything about it.

Been waiting on delivery tiday call FedEx Bay Area a person won’t even talk to you truck was suppose to be here by 3 today mar 28 so far nothing this us medicine for my ailing dog where is my pkg prove it’s on the truck

Don’t get your packages delivered from this location the driver left or stole packages in front of my apartment building complex. In the photo he can be seen holding it in his hand. I’ve reported him but am beyond annoyed with fedex. I will do my best to never get anything shipped with them again. They lack professionalism.

This shipment location has the worst delivery drivers! They have lied on three consecutive days that no one was home to receive or sign the package! Everyday someone has been home and to make it worse there was never any proof on my security cameras or ring door bell that any FED EX VAN, truck or employee can to my driveway or porch! Horrible customer service, horrible company and liars! Then they expected me to drive over 45 minutes to pick up a package I paid overnight shipping for!!!! Fed ex you should be ashamed!

Lazy Drivers. My address is posted clearly on my mailbox which is by the street & on my home. Fed ex can never deliver a package if it involves getting off the truck. I would give them a 0 star, but it won't let me. Horrible service.

YEAH, I went here for inquiries on my package and a rude short white man named George came out and had a few choice words to say to me. He seemed very violent.

The drivers can't read. They dropped my package in Dickinson when label said San Leon. My address doesn't exist in Dickinson so they picked a house and left it on the front porch. Fed Ex said not their problem.

On Saturdays the driver won't even stop at my house and then states that wasn't anyone home to receive the package. This is 2 weeks in a row. I was standing on my porch when the driver drove by. Hard for him to tell wasn't anyone home if he don't come to the door.
