Awesome place to shop for auto insurance, they helped me get the insurance I needed without trying to sell me all the extras which raise your premium. I definitely recommend them and I'll be sticking with them from now on. I was paying double with my previous insurance and they just blamed the rising prices of everything. I recommend giving them a shot, it might work out for you to like it did with me.

I was recommended to Mr. De La Rosa through mutual acquaintances and was unsure after reading some reviews. I am glad that I decided to check for myself. I read that he was uneducated on his reviews and egotistical, and I am not sure who considers his level of knowledge to be "uneducated", I myself found him to be more informative and helpful more so than most others I have spoken with. If you ask me, he was great and was very personable and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff has the worst customer service and or training. He should have never started his own insurance business if he didn't care about providing services correctly. His staff lack information on the services PERIOD. The phones are hardly ever answered and if you get a chance to speak to one of his employees you are on hold for 20 minutes. The agent is apparently never there so you THEY say they will "call you back" with information. Don't count on it. Giving a bad name to State Farm. They charged me wrong twice and called me back to give me a higher price and expect me to pay a $200 difference. They finally got it right the third time??? Wow! They are negligent and bystanders when something goes wrong with your insurance. Unprofessional, Unpredictable, and Unprepared. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS. NOT WORTH THE STRESS OR TIME.

Been with this State Farm agent since he first opened. His staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful they have all been there when we have needed them and have always been quick to inform us of any changes we need to know about. Great customer service.

This is the worst agent I have ever had. Due to ongoing issues, we decided to go to another agent. They refused to initialize the transfer. Had to call 1-800 Statefarm. Today my son wanted to transfer his vehicle but they refused stating there is a restriction until the account was paid. My son called State Farm Customer Service and said there was no such restriction. Glad we are not having to deal with this agent. Also, the individuals at this location do not seem to know any information.

Appalled at not only the experience that I had, but my grandmother's. Customer service is most definitely a zero. For one, no one ever answers the phone. When you do get an answer they put you on hold for 15 minutes or more. I actually waited 23 minutes before just for someone to pick up and hang the call up. I cannot believe the experience I had trying to transfer my policy out of state to another State Farm office. I had to actually get out of character over the phone to get my policy information to make sure I was getting the exact same coverage at my new office. Not only that, but any agent here will not be able to help you here because their answer is always that Fernando is not in the office so you all can't do this or that. My grandma wanted to leave and you all told her you wouldn't cancel her policy unless she proved she got insurance with someone else and you all needed it faxed to you. Once my grandma told me that I was livid. I said you know what fine. NEVER GOT A FAX. Faced it at 8:45am! Ridiculous. Wish we would have never left Linda Tuck's office on Bay Area. Dissspointed in my experience. Our family has been a State Farm customer for 5+ years. Home, auto and renter's. My new agent himself couldn't believe the process we were going through. This office needs better staffing and training!

Fernando and his staff are unprofessional, egotistical, and uneducated. They all have a lot to learn about the insurance business and the legal insurance process. You’re better off doing research on your own. Find a tenured agent who is able to review coverage with you. State Farm is an amazing company, one of the best in the nation. Fernando on the other hand, is a poor representation of the company.

The WORST agent in the industry! Fernando the FATSO needs to take a class on customer service skills before he decides to start selling insurance in the ghetto. The whole office is INCOMPETENT (and thats putting it nicely). Spent the whole day trying to get a billing issue resolved and still not forthcoming with any feedback. Insurance agents like these are a dime a dozen. Take my advice and go elsewhere these people are ALL clueless including the agent.
