There are not words enough in the english language for me to compliment this incredible business. Michael I cannot tell you how off the charts exceptional he is. Kind man great employee exemplary customer service All of which I'm very grateful for. Mo took great care of my car fixed it and they put me right on my way. In addition they taught me a few things about my vehicle I didn't even know. Please don't hesitate to use the spokes because they are phenomenal???

Firestone had my truck for two weeks. After the first week, and paying $1400 to get my truck fixed I went to pick it up, and it had the same issues. They said it was the wiring harness. After replacing that it still has the same issues. Only positive I can say is that they did refund my money. Not a great experience, the manager is a great guy, but one of the other works has a terrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here.

Michael- who is at the desk was AMAZING! Thank you for your professional customer service skills and also for being patient with all of my questions as I have a processing disorder. He answered all of my questions a f kept me up to date on what was happening in the process. I’m not sure who my technician was but he was fast and professional. Thank you and I plan to bring all my cats back here. Y’all are awesome!

I made an appointment to install my Tirerack order. When I got there I was told they couldn't find my appointment and I could drop my car off and maybe it could be done in the next 2 days. The extremely rude young Hispanic man then told me I have an attitude because I asked to take my tires somewhere else. I've used Firestone many times but I will never be going there again.

I was told that I got the job as an auto technician then a week later I get an email saying they went with someone else. The whole time I was calling asking when I could start.... that email was devastating especially when I waited....

Salesmen don’t know auto mechanics, mechanics either lazy or don’t know how to do the job correctly. Told them hard alignment pull to the right. They adjusted the total toe, said they fixed it and it didn’t pull. Well nothing has changed. Still has hard pull. 2nd time at this location. Won’t be back. Lifetime alignment just to waste my time.
