Great gym with an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The gym is huge, 2 stories high and is constantly being cleaned. There is a section for cardio, free weights, a variety of weight machines, an aerobics room, cycling room, full sized basketball court, women’s only area and saunas in both the mens and women’s locker room. The members are very respectful and helpful. If you’re a beginner or avid gym goer, this place has everything you’ll need.
