The employees at Floor & Decor were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. When the item I needed wasn’t in stock, Tristan at the Pro Desk arranged to have it brought from another Houston-area store, making it so much easier for me to pick up. Great customer service!

I bought Vinel tiles from Floor and Decor. In Webster and my invoice about 17 000 $ and every time I pickup some materials I need west more hour to I take what I want ...but today I west more 2 hours to I pickup my materials and they give me wrong size after they cut the pase wood ...and when I asked them why you cut wrong size they said they can't cut only 8 feet from 16 feet ..I don't understand how they can cut 8 feet but they can't cut 12 feet from 16 feet ..it's look horrible....the Floor & Decor in Webster it's very bad treatment them customers..but other Floor & Decor they are very friendly with them customers ...like in Pearland

I was on the verge of tears when I called the Floor & Decor Webster store needed a receipt from March 2024. I needed this desperately for insurance purposes due to our house fire in September. I called and spoke with the manager, Jim, told him my dilemma. He searched and then said there was another employee that could probably do a better job of finding the needed information. He transferred me to Joe Ranck, the Sales Manager. Joe knew the right questions to ask and through searching he found the receipt!!! Tears gone... Thanking the wonderful staff at Floor and Decor - Webster!
PS.... ALWAYS..... put your bought items on a phone number registered at Floor & Decor. Will save a lot of time and stress!

I've been using this store for several years & have had nothing but the most remarkable customer service from every employee at this location. I would like to recognize Joe's willingness to go the extra mile and always help me find what I need. Without a second thought, he is always bending over backward to assist me with any & everything I need. In my 20+ years as a GC, I have never crossed paths with anyone as friendly, courteous, & willing to do whatever is necessary to assist me with my project needs. Thank you to the entire team at Webster, TX. Location for your outstanding customer service & for making my day & projects much smoother. And a huge shout out & thank you to Joe, whom I know I can always count on to work diligently to assist me with all my project needs.

Joe in the grout department has been so helpful and patient with me. Over many visits to the store he has guided me with his expert knowledge and experience and helped to make this process of remodeling a home so much less stressful.
