Frost Bank has by far the best customer service bar none!! I love the team at the Webster location. Many of their employees have been there over 20 and 30 years. They go the extra mile and get it done. I have 3 accounts and they service my varied needs as if I was a lotto winner. Everyone should be treated like me. Thank you team Webster at Frost!

This has been the worst banking experience in my 37 years of being alive! I highly DO NOT recommend this bank, I don’t trust them with even a $1 of my money! Don’t walk…..RUN to another bank before banking with them, Especially this location!

Linda at the front desk was very quick and helpful getting me a replacement card. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice and options. My son and I enjoyed that she personally came and talked to us and showed interest in the game he was playing. Made us feel very welcomed!

Sent business checks to wrong address a couple of times. Shared information with two other customers about our business account, kept putting our zip code in a different town, which results in not being able to pay for gas at a pump and was caught in a couple of lies about overdrafts. Thats not good for any business. Any one of those is bad enough but all of them are uncalled for and should have resulted in the firing of staff. Don't give these people your information.

Very disappointed at the way I was treated I came there for identity thief from Bank of America and bank was aware of it and Simone broke in truck ....bad year slot of crime they were gonna close acct and I just felt like they knew my issues and I got ripped off at ibtown suites asked them get involved to get money back and it's been 150 days with a police report very disappointed it's difficult without debit card. Manager treated me like I was beneath the bank

Frost Bank and in particular Virginia Crosley were fantastic in navigating my firm through the Paycheck Protection Program. This wonderful experience was in stark contrast to my experience with Bank of America. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years. When it came time to tackle the Paycheck Protection Program, I began through Bank of America. To make a long story short, I wasted over 2 weeks with them and was never even told what documents were holding up my process.In stepped Frost Bank and Virginia. Within 2 days, they had all the documents they needed. Virginia personally reviewed everything to make sure it was ready for processing and 1 week later we had approval.I strongly recommend Frost Bank for any small business banking needs. It makes all the difference in the world to have a banker that really gives you service and not one that just talks about giving service.

I just went in with my almost blind father and William Riverez Was so rude and unprofessional Pit was shocking no actually It always comes from a he top management allowing some one to test elderly people lol me that My dad was shaken. What a bad situation This guy should be fired

This branch sure knows how to waste time. Very unprofessional since the last branch supervisor retired. The branch on clear lake city blvd is much better and professional. Today was the second time I had to leave the bank for they were taking to long to even receive my deposit, and I was the only person in the whole place!
