I will never donate to this goodwill ever again.
I’m a local and have donated many items to this for profit store. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. Have never had a problem before.
Yesterday, I went to drop off some donations and the lady who “helped”’me was so nasty.
When I started to place items on her cart, 3 of the items were smaller and not in a box, some antique mason jars, and she snapped at me “are all your items going to be loose?”. I was surprised at her nasty tone. She also slammed out of the door and frowned at me when I arrived and huffed and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Just nasty.
I almost took my donations elsewhere, but didn’t have time, so I ended up donating there. My items were nice, not junk. Will not be going there again, ever. This store is overpriced and greedy now anyway. Too bad!

This location has a lot of traffic with customers streaming into the store and not many employees for checkout. The prices were fair, but there were some drastic price differences.

I went to goodwill in Webster for first time . Found some great items . I was very impressed all the employees were very nice and helped with what I needed . The young Man on the floor was friendly and busy picking up clothes. The young girl at the register her name started with a M she was wearing glasses. Was very polite .I was very impressed how they were all helping each other and super busy cleaning. They answered any questions I had. I thought I would write the review and acknowledge how great they were. because after reading some reviews I was very impressed. Thank you for everything ❤️ it was on valentines to. Will definitely go back. Thanks Bonnie. Please let all the employees that worked on valentines what a great job they were doing.

First time at this location. Went to find some blankets I could share in my garage with homeless animals, etc during the cold. Found a couple of very nice pieces that I am going to recycle as throw pillows at home, an unusual woven basket with real leather handles and trim for $2.99 and a lovely deep purple vase (3 on EBAY for $28-$30) that I bought for $2.99. I WILL return!

I shop here 4-7 days a week, (2-4 hours each visit). No one has ever been rude. I sometimes hear customers trying to get employees or managers to change prices. The staff are always courteous with the customers when explaining pricing. I have even seen the staff go out of their way to find something that has been mistakenly donated so they could return it to the owner. If anyone is rude, it’s actually some of the customers. One lady lost her mind when an employee was explaining how the line wraps around the clothing aisle. She was trying to make the employee mad, but it didn’t work. This store is clean, organized and ALL the employees are fun to talk to and very helpful. This store gets an A+ ?

Molly (manager) was very rude to me and my kids. Very condescending and not a welcoming attitude at all! Customer service skills are not there what so ever.

I donate to Goodwill because the hours are more convenient than other places and it is close to my house. However, this is the second time they rummaged through my donations to pick bc and choose what they want. Now they don’t take Christmas donations in February, even though it is listed as “items we love” on the website. I was told that all Christmas decor would be thrown away.

I do love coming to this location and use all the shirts or blanket for cosplays or making things for my shop. But I do want to point out when ever I've waited to be called to pay, people seem to be right behind me not relizeing its uncomfortable and I'm almost to the point to say could u please move back. I don't want to be rude and I had an interesting thing happen to me where they called me up but the person behind me or a cuple thought oh we can go behind me. I'm almost going to be mean and tell them to back off. So please make a sign to say please wait here till we call.

Welcome folks! To the worst Goodwill ever. Crazy high prices, nasty store, not one good thing as they put all the good stuff for sale online. Cutting costs, and corporate greed is to blame. The staff are great, but this place is just awful
