I donate to Goodwill because the hours are more convenient than other places and it is close to my house. However, this is the second time they rummaged through my donations to pick bc and choose what they want. Now they don’t take Christmas donations in February, even though it is listed as “items we love” on the website. I was told that all Christmas decor would be thrown away.

Welcome folks! To the worst Goodwill ever. Crazy high prices, nasty store, not one good thing as they put all the good stuff for sale online. Cutting costs, and corporate greed is to blame. The staff are great, but this place is just awful

Went to buy a vacuum for my collection and it didn't have a price tag on it, brought it up to the front to offer them $5 and they called the manager up and he had an attitude and didn't let me speak and didn't listen to me. I'm 15 and I should be treated better than this. I'm wanting to open up my own business and this isn't how to do business. Declined my offer and made a comment that I didn't hear. And then me and my dad walked out. Don't shop here they will rip you off. For the price they asked I didn't have enough money but they made the price higher on purpose. Again don't shop here. Super unprofessional.

Staff and managers not friendly or helpful. Changing pricing on items after calling for manager price check is wrong. Haven’t been here for awhile and now remember why. Better to shop local owned thrift shops.

This store has some nice things and sometimes good pricing. But their pricing is confusing to me. I shop here about three times a month and have for years. At least seven times over the last year, I have had items "repriced" at the register. As I've seen other people state here, the manager is called up for a price check unless she is already at the register area, she always says that people changed the tags and she priced it herself. One, if someone changed the tags, why would they leave it out and not buy it? Secondly, is she there all of the time pricing every thing? I've had them tell me items that literally have three or four price stickers stating the price are wrong. Like there is someone going around removing and replacing that many stickers on something and then just leaving it there. Think about it, that would mean removing three stickers, finding three other stickers and removing them from whatever they are on and then putting three more stickers on the original item. I'm writing this now because I went up to the register today with a vase marked at $2.99 with three stickers on that suddenly turned into $12.99. The manager just happened to be at the register and just happened to have just priced it herself last night. Even though she had to stand there at look at the markings before suddenly thinking it was worth more. If she had priced it herself, she wouldn't have had to be looking at markings. It's just so weird how this happens so often and to so many people.Additionally, I'm not sure how they look up prices for items, maybe ebay? But I also found a Lego set, new and sealed that they had marked at $49.99. I thought it must be a collectible at that price but still wasn't going to pay that for lego's, even for my favorite grandson, so after checking with the cashier and being told that was the correct price, I put them back. I got home and checked online. I purchased the same exact set from Amazon for $21.49. I'm glad I saw them there so I knew about them and I'm glad they really don't sell for $49.99 anywhere but this Goodwill.

Cashier Emily changes prices of items at checkout, up charges for things because she thinks they look nice. I found a pair of leggings on the regular rack and at checkout she told me they were “supposed” to be tagged different and were actually $14.99 instead of how they were actually priced. Goodwill has become a ripoff

So, I understand my child should not be running around a store but she just had finished using the bathroom but she was looking for her grandma. But it's not an employees responsibility to follow me around and tell me every 5mins that my child should not be running around the store and then bring up that I might SUE because my child could fall. Then this same employee ran over my husband foot twice because he was in to much of a hurry to put stuff away.

Went there today and was surprised/disappointed by the prices on most of the stuff. Was encouraged to buy a lego table for 400$, I'm not sure what is going through the mind of whoever is making up prices but Goodwill is suppose to be a charity for low income people. In the end I chose to pay my rent instead. There was a lamp of a house which was marked at 50$ and black wine glasses also marked at 50$ each! Insanity. Let's put sensible people back in charge, please.

Poor customer service. Cashier (female) are more about talking w other workers than helping the line of people waiting to pay. Maybe if she had been paying more attention to her task she wouldn't have charged me twice. Be careful and check your account when you pay.
