Absolutely 10/10. Let me start by saying I had long hair that I spent years growing out after damaging my hair from dying it and constantly using heat without any kind of protection. I went to a salon back in February for a trim, that salon cut my hair so uneven I was devastated. I decided I was just going to let it grow back out and I was nervous to let anyone touch my hair again. Yesterday I decided I wanted something different and it was last minute. When it comes to my hair if I don’t do it right then and there I won’t do it. When I called I was told to come on it. Right off the bat I was met by Shelia and her manager. Both very positive people! Shelia noticed my hair was uneven so I explained what happened at the last salon. Shelia went through showing me a product she recommended for my hair and was showing me what my hair would look like on me. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I now have shoulder length hair with curtain bangs! She even asked me if I wanted layers (the other salon asked and I said no and they still did what they wanted) I was very nervous but very pleased! I will 1000% be coming back to Shelia for any hair changes I need or want in the future! I even bought the product she recommended because I got to see how it worked on my hair before purchasing it! Lovely experience!

Well, I was there about 3 weeks ago for a Bob haircut with a little bit of layers. I believe Mary is the lady that cut my hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, she asked me 3 times if I wanted it shorter in the back, 3 times I told her no. She asked me 3 times if I wanted layers, 3 times I told her yes, long layers. I usually wear my hair up or curly so I didn't realize what a terrible job she did until yesterday when I styled my hair and the layers in the back are way too short, but only in the center. So now I need to wait for it to grow so I can get it somehow fixed :(

The worst bang trim! Provided notes from another Great Clips Franchise (Grand Rapids, Michigan) and stylist could not execute. Very disappointed! My hair is my staple of who I am. Walked out feeling very embarrassed. This location definitely needs more training and I highly recommend to look into the individual in Michigan! She truly is talented and should be a trainer nation wide!
