Do NOT go here if you care about your dog. They destroyed the beautiful coat of my dog. This has never happened before. My fiancé, who's taken my dog there for over a year, took her to the groomer today. The owner was short with him for showing up about 5 minutes late and then asked him what cut he wanted for my dog. He said "Do what you did last time". We were last there in September and they did a silhouette cut where they only slightly trim the top coat and they trim the paws and around the anus. Today, he picked her up and brought her home. They cut her fur super short, destroying her top coat that I've worked for years to protect. Just looking at her, they should have known that we haven't gotten a short cut seeing as she was last there 2 months ago and any reasonable groomer would know you don't cut a dog's fur short going into the winter. In addition, they should have known that a short cut is inappropriate for a dog with a double coat as it can damage the outer coat. I called the shop to talk to them about it, crying. The owner said that she knows better than to cut a dog with a double coat short. She informed me that she was not the one who did it (though the shop is small so she could see what was happening to my dog and she's the shop owner and as such, is responsible for all things that happen in her grooming business). In addition, she tried to say my fiancé had asked for a cut like this, which is a complete lie. She also told me to "calm down". She never accepted the fact that it was the fault of her shop. It is going to take years of extensive care to my dog's coat to get my dog to have the coat she once did, and there's a chance that it will never grow back the same. My question is...if the owner knows better than to cut a double-coated dog's fur short as she said over the phone, why would she allow my dog's coat to get destroyed under her watch? In addition, my dog was shaking after getting out of there, which makes us wonder if the owner was mean to her. Such a terrible experience. I will not be going back there and I encourage everyone to refrain from going there if you value your dog. I've attached photos of what she looked like after her cut today, her cut in September from the same place, and what she looked like today prior to them destroying her coat.

I was looking for a groomer to clip my 4 month old kitten’s claws .I had adopted the kitten. I saw the sign on the door . I went in and met Natalie , she was fabulous. She clipped my kittens claws. She was very professional. I will be coming back to see you Natalie. I am completely satisfied.?

Used to love taking my fur baby here. However they started changing their policies now you have to put a deposit down which was never the issue. However today ive called SEVERAL times and was ignorned every time i called. As soon as i called from my other number someone actually answers i asked for availablity for tomorrow she stated they didnt have any. Asked for my name soon as i gave my name she puts me on hold and says theres no availablity until the end of july, I will take my business elsewhere where we are appreciated. Do better. 6/29/23

We love going here! It’s affordable, quick, and the staff is friendly. I no longer live in the area but even when I’m in the area to visit, I bring my dog to be groomed. If you’re new, they will need a shot record like any other reputable place.

We recently relocated to Texas City and wanted to introduce our fur baby to a new mobile groomer, since our existing grooming company didn’t travel this far south. Grooming by Georjean offers mobile services and we’re ecstatic. Our first grooming experience was awesome. The groomer was timely, friendly and the mobile vehicle interior was sanitary. We’ll definitely be using Georjean for our fur baby’s routine spa day.

These girls don't like to have a spa day from no other. We tried to have our Doodle cut closer to home, they did a horrible job. These ladies do a great job!!! I highly recommend this place over others.

They came highly recommend by my vets office to groom my goldendoodle and they did not disappoint. Newman looks SO good! And the ladies that helped me that day were very kind.
