Just left clear lake regional er, where the sinks are backing up & over flowing with sewage. All the patients, over 30 people, are sitting outside the rooms in the walk areas and nurses stations. This is a major health concern. The er should have been temporarily shutdown and another part of the hospital utilized until this issue could be resolved, or they should have been sent to another facility. On the way out I overheard that they were receiving transfers from other facilities. I will never step foot in that facility again.

This is the worse EM ? All they do is drug you up and send you home with meds. Dont come here if you dont have too. The Nurses and Doctors are not skilled to help you.

The most negligent hospital I have ever been in. I have been admitted for less than 24 hours and will be VERY lucky to make it to discharge in one piece!

Was brought here after I fell from my ladder and shattered my heel my care was excellent. My surgeon Dr Hussain was open and honest from the beginning. He explained everything about my procedure and that helped ease my mind. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received.

Be sure you have an advocate for your ne. Without this, your expectations may not be fully met in a timely manner.

Been here almost a week. Most of the nurse are slow, or they forget you need something. They act like they don’t care about you. Also the nurse tech. I have ask for medicine the past 4 hours and nothing. My nurse kept saying she’ll be right back with them, and nope she has not. Rather stay in the hospital in Baytown. At least there right there when you need them.

From the nurses to the anesthesiologist, and let's not even get started on my amazing orthopedic. When I tell you I felt like a VIP, I mean it. So incredibly thankful for care today while I had knee surgery. Thank you thank you thank you. If you have surgery here or anything else, feel lucky because everyone is amazing

This is the best hospital in the area. They take good care of you and your family. We have been using this hospital since 2010. They have saved both my life and my wife's life when we had our near death events. They are great with kids as well. If something is really wrong medically, this is where we head. We drive past many hospitals to get to this one. Staff, nurses, and doctors are friendly and helpful.

I have been in the pre labor & delivery department for women who are less than 30 weeks pregnant. When I tell you the experience I have had has been amazing let me explain. The facility itself is so clean. The entire hospital staff, not limited to the nurses & doctors, but the custodians, the amazing people who come take your meal orders or pick up the try’s to the people at registration all the way to the gift shop… they have all been so friendly and have shown so much kindness. The young lady working at the gift shop stayed open for me so I could run down to grab a charger and a few snacks. She was so sweet and friendly. The nurses who have cared for me and my unborn baby have gone above and beyond for me since arriving. They have offered me a kind ear, reassurance, conversation, jokes and always smiling while waiting to see what they can do to help. The nurse I had last night even went out of her way to grab the door dash I ordered from the elevators because I had missed dinner. Their compassion and empathy makes me tear up.This is what every hospital should be. Every staff member should be held to the highest form of excellence that I have experienced while being here.I will be forever grateful for the many people who have been here and offered me the kindness and compassion that they didn’t have to, but wanted to.

It started wrong. I was transferred from another hospital as a direct admit because my awesome podiatrist has privileges here. They had no record of me arriving. I finally got a room and it took an hour to be acknowledged. Thanks to Nell in therapy who stayed late to do wound care after surgery (the reason I'm here) otherwise it hasn't been done in 2 days. My husband asked for bed linens since it hasn't been changed in 3 days. The CNA dropped off the linens and said let me know if you need anything else leaving him to do it. I called for a nurse at 3 no one showed so I called again at 415 she shows at 435. I'm a nurse I get it but send someone to check on the patient.
