“This is my neighborhood store. I come here often. Usually everyone is super friendly, although checkout can be a little slow. Came today and found the store manager, Gloria, to be a rude and unhelpful. She lacks customer service skills and the checkout guy had to help me and multiple people while she seemingly was on a personal phone call. Disappointing giving she’s the “manager”.”

“Found the exact obscure pieces my son needed in the exact colors from a YouTube video he saw in one of the bins they had available. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful, and ended up spending more than I planned. Closer to us than the mall, easier to get to, and provided a better overall experience.”
