Associates were very attentive. We had several people ask us if we needed anything. I stopped to talk to an associate and unload some of my woes on her. She listened and maintained a smile. It was very nice just to have someone to share with. It was an overwhelming day for me.

Hey store manager. It's 330 on Saturday 7/20 you have 8 people in line and 1 customer service rep. Is your store not making enough money that you have to skim payroll? Jeez, as if going to self checkout entirely didn't cut costs enough.... What a joke.
Responding to Home Depots post, I don't care for filling out your link. Fix the problem, end of story. Don't make your customer experience suck, I shouldn't have to ask an associate to call more people to the service desk, you should.

I was a loyal customer. The store on El-Dorado refused the return.
Very disappointed. Now, I will never visit homedepot. Will go to Lowe's from now on.

Absolutely worthless!!!
I make a habit of checking inventory of the products I need before going to these worthless stores. So when I do, I notice that the HD on Eldorado has 34 in stock. Call me crazy, but I think I should be able to come to the store and find what I’m looking for. So after scrounging around I find the spot where it supposed to reside to find only one and it has no box. Look in the upstock to see if I can locate it. Nope it’s not there. Go ask for help 4 times and no one is able to help. The problem with companies like Home Depot is that they scale back their workforce so they can be more profitable at the expense of customer service. They ask you for customer reviews when they have done nothing to earn any of my time, respect or continued business. Home Depot is the reason Ace Hardware still exist.
BTW every employee there said the scheduling manager doesn’t schedule the staff correctly. Home Depot wake up!

They don't do tap to pay. My card was stolen and all I have is a digital card and found it at check out that they don't allow tap to pay. It's 2024, not 1991, if I'm going ti check my own self out at the register, let me tap to pay. It's a stupid problem to have for a multinational corporation.

Home Depot installed a door for me. I had an issue with the door and went to this Home Depot to discuss the issue with Management. I was greatly pleased by the personal service I received from the managers Mike and Linda. I live near other big box stores and hardware stores. I will drive the extra distance to go to this store. Thanks Mike and Linda.

I never had a problem when I need help in garden till recently. Needed help with some plants and this lady tried helping me but she needs to work on how to speak to costumers. Was very nonchalant and rude when all i needed was help, her name was Kimberly. Will ask for someone else next time i need help.
